I was very happy overall with what hotel Pyramid offered! It was quiet and comfortable and the staff were charming.

Pros: It was close to the railway station and was perfectly adequate !

Cons: The breakfast area was a little lacking in atmosphere !

Pros: Clean and comfortable room! Impeccable service at the reception! Easy access to transportation — train, bus, and subway

Cons: I found the pillows a bit firm; they could be softer!

Pros: Great location, spacious toilet, comfy overall. Walking distance to ostiense station, lots of nice restaurants nearby

Cons: Toilet has a damp musty bad odor possibly from bacteria in drain pipes. Strong bleach a couple of times and keeping windows open should fix it.

Quality , Affordable price and great people

Pros: Staffs are very nice and kind. Rooms are clean and new. And room was very warm because of air heater ! We spent wonderful time and many restaurants and authentic lovely local cafe near our hotel that was awesome. Great experience

Great value, lovely staff - not perfect, but easily improved!

Pros: The staff were lovely and accommodating, value for money was great and whilst the location does require a walk, bus or train into central Rome there are great transport links. Room is no frills, but it was clean, good AC and housekeeping came every day. Good local shops & food options if you don't want to travel far, but we mostly used this for coffees in the morning or a lunchtime gelato.

Cons: The lady who runs breakfast is really lovely, and the pastries are great, but a few more options with both food and drink options would make it great for something to keep you going until lunch. There's no lift, which as a young couple with backpacks only was fine, but be wary if you've got large luggage or are less physically capable for whatever reason.

Cons: There was problem with getting iron from reception, the neighbourhood doesnt look safety.
