A lovely hotel with friendly staff twenty minutes walk from the Collosseum

Pros: The lovely quiet location, close to some good restaurants; and the friendly and welcoming staff. A great breakfast.

Cons: A lack of room information, about the ironing facilities for instance and maybe a little information about the local area.

San Anselmo is the perfect base for a stay in Rome, offering comfort, style and delicious breakfast.

Pros: We loved our stay in Hotel San Anselmo. The beautiful location was a welcome retreat from the busyness of sightseeing in the city while being in walking distance of good restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room was stylish and comfortable; and the breakfast was delightful - lots of choice and set us up for the day. Thank you to everyone there who made our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return!

Loved my stay and would like to go back

Pros: The room was comfortable for one person. The decor was quite individual which I liked. The Hotel is located in a quiet area a little away from the main streets but it's quite easy to access the city centre and the various sights. Good hotel for the solo traveller. Great breakfast in again, an individually decorated dining room. Reception was helpful.

Cons: Nothing it was all fine.
