Pros: Location fantastic. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Carolina excelente. Also Elena . I was given a letter fir my room which was a bonus .

Cons: It would have better to have a glass in the room not a plastic cup.

Pros: The location was perfect, near all sights, restaurants, and bars. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful (Romal, Catherine and lady who served breakfast was exceptional). Recommend the hotel to all travellers.

Pros: Very clean room. The bedroom textiles were pleasantly clean. My room was small, but I was comfortable. Breakfast included pastries, toast, ham and cheese, yogurts, juices, and cappuccino. All the staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons: The walls between the rooms are very thin, so even normal conversations can be heard clearly. My neighbors were not noisy, so it didn’t cause any inconvenience, but it’s something to keep in mind.

A warm, comfortable, and perfectly located stay that made my first time in Rome unforgettable.

She made everything feel easy, especially for someone visiting Rome for the first time. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Trastevere, close to great food, beautiful streets, and all the main attractions. It’s comfortable, cozy, and ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city without stress. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially first-time travelers to Rome. It truly felt like a home away from home.
