Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location, not far from Roma Termini. Also cafes, restaurants, grocery shops & laundromat. It is an older style hotel but clean, functional and well priced. Room had kettle & bar fridge.

Cons: Staircase may effect some people. Shower slow to heat, but strong pressure. No air conditioning.

Brilliant value for money

Pros: Excellent value for money great staff, clean modern facilities, good location to centre and lots of shops restaraunts etc right next door, xmas markets right outside in december. Would stay again 100%.

Cons: Not a major issue at all but milk in the room for tea or a working fridge and a main bin would have been a bonus. walls are thin so can hear neighbouring rooms but again excellent for the price.

Pros: The staff... Great people with a humane approach. Very helpful, well trained, and well-mannered. I have travelled a lot and can say that the 'Felice' staff is one of the best (even compared to the 5 stars hotels) I have visited around the world. They are greeting you with a smile every time you see them. I had invaluable info about the Hairdresser, the best restaurant in the area, the pharmacy, the buses routes and, even the designers' fabric store. Everything provided: clean towels, linen, show gel, soup, and even slippers. If you need anything else, just ask, and magic will happen! They respect your privacy, don't bother you still, always there for you. Also, thank you to the cleaning operators. They were so nice and accommodating. Always asked if you need anything else. I have chosen this place because I wanted to stay in the historical area. The Felice building was built in 1896, but the area was well developed back to ancient times.

Cons: I was really upset and witnessed how young man was talking to the receptionist , arrogant and bully. I am upset because I didn't interveine in time and left because my taxi has arrived. I was very upset all the way to the airport. Shame on you, man (and a young woman, who said nothing when her man was screaming!) You both have no right to treat people like this. And, if you believe that you are so special (that you can humiliate and bully people), next time, just try the 5 stars hotel next time for 700euro per night. Why bother to stay at the place, which is not up to your high standards?
