Everything was perfect!

Pros: The way it looked from the beginning, because i wouldn t expect for a location near the train station to look that good. I enjoyed my stay we were 5 rooms, they arranged to be close to each other and also updated the rooms for free. Excellent service! Will definitely come back.

A comfortable stay in a modern, stylish hotel with all the amenities - in a cool and less crowded part of Rome.

Pros: Really modern, well-decorated, clean and comfortable. Loved the gym (so much better equipped than most hotel gyms). The breakfast was top notch.

Cons: The climate control in the room meant it was continually quite warm. During our stay in February it was warm outside, we could not cool down the room - we turned the controls off entirely overnight but it was still a bit warm. It was pre-set to 20 degrees which was too much.

Enjoyed it a lot, good place to stay!

Pros: The place is beautiful, it’s very comfortable, there is everything you need. The rooms are clean, the towels were changed every day during my stay. The breakfast was very good. The staff is friendly. Even though the place is near the train station, it didn’t stop me from getting a good night’s sleep.

Cons: The phone for calling the reception and ordering room service didn’t work during the hours that were stated.

I’m coming back

Pros: It’s incredibly modern, and somewhere I’d return to whenever I’m in Rome. They have brilliant facilities, breakfast was great, their free laundry room is awesome. They also have a large number of activities planned.

Cons: Nothing the property can control, the location isn’t the best if you’re not confident with public transport, as Rome is notorious for buses and teams not showing up.

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Surprisingly nice hotel, when arriving at the hotel it doesn't look to be in a very nice area, once on tom the hotel grounds the setting is lovely and spacious with loads of rest areas to sit and relax.

Cons: nothing to dislike

Wonderful hotel

Pros: The hotel was just perfect , we felt comfortable the staff is amazing as well . We highly recommend and would love to stay there again if we gonna visit Rome again . There is a tramway in front of the hotel so u can go anywhere easily

A modern and social place to stay in Rome, made even better by the excellent service.

Pros: I really liked the modern design, the welcoming international atmosphere, and the well-organized common areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for both rest and work. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially Raffaele at the front desk, who was extremely kind, gave us a free room upgrade, and allowed us to check in much earlier than expected, which made a great first impression.

Pros: Very clean, the staff were helpful and facilities were great

Cons: The location was not great. Was quite far out of town and the area was quite rough. If you don’t mind using public transport then def a great stay!

Pros: The staff were so friendly and the room was nice and modern. A big comfy bed and good facilities. The gym was great too. All in all, I really enjoyed it, and San Lorenzo has some awesome restaurants and bars. I would stay here again the next time I am in Rome.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Location is good, tram station is in front of the hotel so it is easy to reach city center. Hotel is huge, very clean and staff is very kind and helpful.
