Pros: Pietro was very accommodating of our staggered arrivals and made the whole experience very smooth. We were also surprised by Christmas panettone on Christmas Eve. An excellent experience and ideal location both for direct access to the city center (metro A less than 10min away) and to the Vatican. We will return!

Pros: The accommodation is excellent. The room was comfortable, the location unbeatable and the host a very pleasant person.

Pros: Great location. No fuss, no frills. Friendly service and daily room cleaning.

Cons: Very basic facilities. What you see is what you get. It's a bit cramped so ideal for crashing out rather than hanging out. Shower needs some work - the riser rail is coming loose. Neighbourhood is lively (i.e. can get noisy).

Pros: Lovely welcome with a nice clean room. Shared kitchen with fridge and coffee making in room. Air con was good and the room was cleaned daily. I was able to leave luggage until our transfer which allowed us to enjoy more time exploring. Host also assisted with our next part of travel which was a massive help. Nice area with plenty of restaurants, shops and transport links to the centre. Just what I was looking for and would happily return.

Pros: The location is good in my opinion, it is not near a large tourist center, so the streets are quiet, but there are several restaurants, grocery stores and an ice cream caffee. In addition, you can take several different buses/metro to go citycenter. We were greeted by a pleasant man, the room was clean and was cleaned every day (we stayed 6 nights in total). There was hot water in the room and also air conditioning to cool down the hot room. Very good place to stay, the property also had a shared kitchen where you could prepare your own meals and a mini fridge in our room. I recommend staying here.

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious for our needs and requirements. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Pros: the host was very nice and inviting, showed us everything with a smile. the room was very clean and had an air conditioning so that was a big plus!! the bus communication also great with many lines and metro 10 minutes away from the place. very much recommended!!

Pros: Host was a very nice and helpful person, he even move our room with one with balcony without us asking him to do that wich was a very nice gesture. Localization was also nice, quiet neighborhood with walkable distanse to center (20 minutes to Vatican)

Pros: Good room in very good location near the Vatican. Pietro helped a lot with straightening out a mistake we made and graciously helped us extend our stay by a day. We would definitely come back if we could ever visit Rome again!
