B&B Seneca

Pros: The stay is close to the station Balduina and can be reached easily with the public transport. There are several supermarkets nearby. The stay is in an oldfashioned house with a manual elevator. So the flat door and the interior too. The bathroom was the best part with a nice design and a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was also kinda nice as the whole neighbourhood was. The Vatican was easy to reach by feet and can be also reached with a bus next door. The owner was very nice and allowed me a baggage drop, before my official Check-In.

Cons: They have a cupboard with some plates and cups (also instant/plastic) and cutlery as well, unfortunately not a kitchen and nor a sink. The WiFi was unstable and interrupted a lot (source must be outside in the hallway, as the WiFi was there the best). Even my laptop wasn't able to make a stable connection, which rarely occurs.

A relaxed, comfortable stay with warm hospitality

Pros: Fantastic experience at B&B Seneca. Warm hospitality, clean and charming rooms, and a convenient location. Perfect base for exploring Rome. I’d happily stay here again.

Great stay with great host.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The welcoming and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The B&B is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and it’s conveniently close to the observatory — perfect for a short hike to a beautiful viewpoint.

Cons: It would be even better if shampoo and conditioner were provided, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Pros: Madam Patricia is very kind and it was really nice of her to take care of me, to give me nice tips for places where to eat or how to get to the airport etc. She also supplied me with some small snacks, and kept asking from time to time, if I was all comfortable, which I definitely was. Thank you very much for a lovely stay, dear Patricia! I recommend the location to all, it's a very beautiful and calm one, and the B&B is still close enough to the train or bus station, so that one may get to the city centre quite comfortably. I had some tasks at the nearby university, so perhaps for tourists, it may be further from the centre than preferred. Nevertheless, I think this accommodation is definitely worth considering even if you come to Rome only for sightseeings.

Cons: The internet was unfortunately of a rather poor quality but otherwise I was very content.

Pros: Very helpful hosts. Mrs Lina was very kind and gentle. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Excellent for a short stay in Rome.

A Monte Mario

Pros: Bell'appartamento. La ns. camera + bagno di belle dimensioni. Posizione buona. Accoglienza buona. Presenza di ascensore: ottimo considerando che l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano.

Cons: Doccia: non è chiusa, quindi si bagna in ogni dove. Sanitari doccia: sarebbe meglio un restyling. La colazione non è in loco, ma collegata ad un BAR vicino. Peccato che copra solo 1 bevanda ed 1 brioches. Se si è in auto, parcheggio difficile da trovare.

Pros: Le poltroncine, i letti, il terrazzino, la stanza, il bagno, il frigo. E bbbbbbbbbbbbbbb

Cons: Il fatto di dover pagare una differenza sulla colazione che includeva soltanto caffè/cappuccino e cornetto

Pros: Logeuse tres attentionnée et accommodante. Calme et propre. Logement de charme

Cons: Peut-être envisager un upgrade pour le lit?

Ottima soluzione per un breve soggiorno a Roma

Pros: L 'accoglienza della signora Patricia, la stanza e il bagno funzionali, la zona residenziale è molto comoda per andare al Foro italico soprattutto in auto.

Cons: Non è scontato trovare parcheggio essendo una zona residenziale, ma con un po' di pazienza e fortuna ce l' abbiamo fatta!
