Trevi Nice Holiday - Luxury Apartment

Amazing location and super clean, great size apartment

Pros: Location was amazing, room was massive and it was super clean

Cons: The shower was horrible. Water did t get very hot and it was old and broken

Home away from home. I'd definitely choose it as my first choice again when in Rome

Pros: Cleanliness of the apartment and how spacious it was. The apartment was easy to find and the area had everything in close proximity and I was surprised to find out it was on the same street as the Trevi fountain! Felt special, really. You may notice the crowded businesses and busy area from the streets, but once inside the compound, all that noise dissipates and you don't even feel where you are until you come out

Cons: Dryer not working (not drying the clothes however long you try or how many times, it just won't dry) and the TV in the living room. Requested for a fix on the TV to let the kids enjoy some TV time but was not fixed on time.

Pros: The apartment was in an absolutely fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain, surrounded by loads of restaurants and shops. The apartment was large and comfortable with plenty of space and storage. It was situated inside a beautiful inner courtyard and gardens just off the street. Safe and private.

Cons: The key collection was complicated and had to be collected from a completely different building about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. This would need to be clarified beforehand by the renter to alleviate any confusion. The air conditioning did also not work in the main bedroom but worked everywhere else.

Pros: The property was spacious, safe, clean, and with all the equipments to make you feel like home. It's location was the best, able to be at the Trevi Fountain with just a 2-3 minutes walk, and with tons of shops and bars around. The bedrooms and the living room were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully completed and very organised. The bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Pros: We were really satisfied with the stay in the apartment. Really great location, very near to every attraction in Rome. Clean and comfortable. The host were very nice and helpful. We recommend it :)

Great location, quality apartment

Pros: This place is a hidden gem. Only a few minutes walk from the Trevi fountain. Roomy apartment with good facilities. The staff were always helpful and quick to respond. There’s also a porter to the complex which made it feel a bit safer. Most importantly the air conditioning worked! (There are 3, there’s one hidden in a cupboard above the bedroom door)

Cons: It seemed really dodgy before we got there (everything was fine in the end). You have to pay in cash at a separate address before you can get your keys. It’s an 8 minute walk away from the apartment (There weren’t any photos of the bunk bed when we booked it - see attached)

Pros: Amazing location!!!! Fantastic spot for our family. Courtyard and entrance very special as well. The street provided us the perfect base each morning and evening with a great choice of Resturants shopping and markets. Walked each day to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Good choice!

Cons: The arrival and check in was a nightmare!!! We arrived late from Australia. The instructions were very poor. The pick up location for the key was a massive walk from the accommodation at midnight very unsafe leaving our children on the street we tried to get the keys. And then finding th unit inside the building was trickey. Would be ideal to have someone meet you on arrival. Also the bunks were not suitable or very clean.

Pros: Fabulous location. Large apartment and nice modern condition. Two bathrooms suited our family with three teens. Kitchen was good for cooking when we stayed in. Plenty of restaurants for when we didn’t. Secluded inside a courtyard despite being very close to the Trevi

Cons: Not much really

Pros: Big flat, massive storage, very functional kitchen, supremely comfortable beds and so close to Trevi fountain we saw it everyday (great pleasure). Great restaurants nearby, shops etc... walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to visit. Contact and service with flat agency staff was very prompt, professional and friendly. Thank you!!!

Cons: Nothing to dislike really. Ensuite shower needs top of cabin little repair as it's leaking drops of cold water. Current repair is fading. Second shower needs new shower head. Nothing much but with these 2 little repairs the flat would be perfect because all the rest makes it a truly premium stay.
