Pros: The place itself was great and Laura a gratious host. I really enjoyed the quiet of the place. You could leave the window open and not be disturbed by noise. Downside of such a location for some would naturally be connectivity. There were two bus lines nearby but I ended up walking a number of times on the way up (40 min from Cipro), because they were already full and I did not care to squeeze myself into the crowded bus. That can probably be helped by getting onto the 990 or 913 nearer to their points of origin (eg at Piazza Cavour).

Incredible out of this world !

Pros: What an amazing time staying here! I am a single female traveler and was made to feel so well at ease and very looked after. Absolutely spotless, huge room and the owner was so very kind to me. I’m going to book here every time I come to Rome ! A big thank you for going above and beyond board for making my stay such a happy one.

Perfect Stay — But Only If You Have a Car

Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The place is quiet, and the host is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. The bathroom, located just outside the room, is private and very convenient. However, I would recommend this accommodation only if you have a car, as public transport options are quite far and it’s not easy to get around without one.

Pros: Hatte einen sehr netten Aufenthalt. Ruhige saubere Unterkunft. Mit dem Bus und Metro ist man schnell im Zentrum. Laura ist eine super Gastgeberin. , man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Mein Geburtstag fiel in den Aufenthalt und ich wurde mit einem kleinen Panettone überascht.

Pros: La posizione è tranquilla con il parcheggio davanti casa con a disposizione doversi comfort all’interno della casa come divano televisore con sky,bagno pulitissimo come la camera e cucina a disposizione(fuori i fornelli come mi diceva la proprietaria per negligenza di chi l’ha usata) ma il resto come frigorifero bollitore ecc tutto perfetto

Bellissimo, indimenticabile. RRRRROOOOOMAAAAAA! Forza Bologna

Pros: L'alloggio è parte di un'abitazione pulita e comoda, in una zona verde e tranquilla, bellissima. La padrona di casa simpatica e accogliente ci ha fatto sentire subito in famiglia. Spero di poterci tornare presto, perchè Roma è meravigliosa e l'ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

appartamento condiviso senza accorgersene

Pros: posizione ottimale per raggiungere Stadio o foro italico, parcheggio gratuito davanti alla palazzina, la convivenza con la padrona di casa è stata senza problemi, molto discreta e cortese, praticamente non mi sono accorto di stare condividendo l'appartamento con qualcun altro
