Colosseum private terrace

Pros: I loved everything, especially the location in very nice quiet street, yet very close to coloseum and supermarket so I prepare my breakfast at home every day. The apartment is inside the residence area, I love the Italian vibe when you enter the building and have small atrium.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to report, if I come back I would definitely go for the same place. The hospitality was amazing, very flexible and hosts were going extra mile if I needed anything.

Pros: Perfect location for very easy access to everything very quickly. Loads of room in the apartment clean and comfortable. We had a great time in rome and we felt that the apartment was perfect for us.

Pros: Excellent location. Alex is a wonderful person with immediate response in all of our requests!

Cons: For our standards there is issue with the cleaning level of the apartment.

Pros: The accommodation is much more than an apartment. It is basically a small (comfortable enough for 4 people) hidden duplex house in the heart of Rome. In a very quiet courtyard, on a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from the Colosseum, public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. It was superb to walk past the Colosseum every morning and every evening. Super respondive host, lovely welcome, the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekly stay (even a waching machine and tumble dryer).

Pros: Very good location, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Colosseun at the end of the street. Alessandra was excellent host! Great airport transportation.

Cons: Bathroom bit worn off and very damp. Had to keep the window open (was ok as it was still warm outside). Towels smelled bad - probably because of the moist.

Great apartment next to the colosseum and restaurants, sadly not very clean

Pros: Excellent location; very good communication with the person administrating the property; nice apartment, which feels somewhat like a house (ground floor entrance, two floors, terrace). Plenty of restaurants and two supermarkets around.

Cons: The apartment could use some cleaning. The toilet was clearly not clean and we could smell it from the bedroom. PLENTY of mosquitoes. We got an electric shock when touched the microwave (apparently the administrator was aware of this though the previous guest and didn't tell us in advance). Thankfully nothing serious happened and the administrator sent someone to fix the problem.

Pros: This is a perfectly placed apartment a stone throw away from the coliseum it was clean well spaced and benefits from the Air conditioning. We felt safe and secure as there is 2 electric gated doors to get threw before you reach the apartment. Alex is a great host is we ever return to this beautiful country we would be staying here if its available

Pros: Great check in, clean, perfect location. Tv, coffee, sugar, fridge all you need.

aprovechado, tranquilo, histórico

Pros: Apartamento muy cómodo, situado muy cerca del coliseo y muy bien comunicado para moverse por Roma, repetiría por supuesto zona, taxis en la avenida, metro que comunica con estación de autobús y tren. El apartamento muy cuqui con lavavajillas y lavadora incluidos, baño reformado, todo muy limpio. una terraza en la parte de arriba comunicada con el dormitorio principal. El salón consta de sofá cama y tiene una entrada con un recibidor y armario empotrado amplio que permite guardar abrigos y maletas para no tenerlo en medio del salón. Consta de calefacción y aparatos de aire acondicionado.

Cons: Sólo decir que los colchones y almohadas podrían mejorarse, pero es cierto que prácticamente todos los alojamientos suelen tener este tipo de déficit.

Rilassante. Vicino a tutto.

Pros: Tutto molto bello e confortevole. Davvero ci ritorneremo presto.
