Amazing apartment and host

Pros: Amazing host, very accommodating, absolute pleasure, will definitely be back

Clean and comfortable. A great place to stay

Pros: The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were within walking distance of all the main sights and close to public transport.

Cons: Guests! Clean up your own mess. Don’t leave your dirty dishes in the kitchen, clean them up. This is a great property and shouldn’t be spoiled by inconsiderate, lazy guests

Lovely place to stay in Rome

Pros: It's a fantastic property, all the rooms are very clean. You have a complete kitchen and other common spaces. The room was big and comfy.

Cons: That it said check out is at 10.30 but we were asked to leave at 10.

Pros: Place is surrounded with many restaurants , 3 minutes walk from a bus station , 3 stations away from the train station. Place is cozy and nice, instructions are clear, personal so so helpful and professional.

Great stay

Pros: Very good location. The host is also extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities in the apartment is top notch. Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable.

Good accommodation for reasonable price.I would recommend without a doubt.

Cons: Thin walls, so you hear almost every word from the neighbors.

Pros: The apartment was much better than we expected. The sofa was comfortable, the room was big enough and there was a nice view from the window. Everything was clean and the bed linen was pure white. We really enjoyed relaxing there after our long walks around Rome.

Pros: Very clean and good location. There is a nice wine bar close to apartment with perfect service. Also you can find a market with fresh fruits.

Cons: If your flight comes at night it can be hard to get your appointments, because no one will open the main door.

Cons: The check in process was very tedious, the windows could not be open, so no fresh air.

Almost like renting an apartment to a landlord

Pros: I liked the location because it's between the city center and the University. Since I was working at the University this was a plus to me. The air conditioning was definitly a plus since it was really hot in Rome. The bed was big and confortable. The bathroom has all the facilities (hairblower, shampoos, bidet, etc). Wi-fi works perfectly The apartment isn't perfect but for me it worked because I was working and I had to book a place to sleep at the last minute during high season and it was not that expensive

Cons: This looks like you are renting an apartment to a landlord. They gave me a renting contract asking a lot of things and having a lot of rules. It took a while for the person in charge to responde my messages and my concerns before my arrival. The furniture is starting to have some problems due to the overuse like the baseboards and the shower hoses are leaking which causes puddles of water to form in the bathroom. Also the kitchen doesn't have a lot of facilities and at a certain point we had no detergent to wash the dishes. I sent a message to warn about this issue and nobody went to the apartment to refill the detergent. I also sent a message to warn about the kitchen trash can that was getting very full and almost overflowing. After several days using the apartment this is normal, but the person in charge replied to me saying that the guests in the apartment are responsible for their own trash. Once again, it is similar to a rented apartment and a landlord. We were very lucky that our housemates were very clean because that kitchen could easily become dirty and in bad condition. I slept here for 6 nights and nobody came to clean our rooms (that had puddles of water in the bathroom) or clean the kitchen. If you have light sleep I wouldn't recommend this apartment because you can hear everything but for me it wasn't a problem
