a great place close to everything

Pros: - great location - nice clean room and bathroom - everything was spotless, especially in the bathroom - kitchen - all the facilities provided - cutlery, glasses, cups, electric kettle, coffee machine + tea and coffee - very helpful and communicative host

Cons: It was a bit cold in Rome when we were staying there and thus in the room itself despite the air-conditioner being used as a heater - the host reacted immediately and we were provided with extra blankets on top of the ones that were already in the room There was a power failure in the whole apartment - again when notified the host turned up immediately and fixed the problem

Pros: Our room was very clean, and the host was very friendly. The location was also great — we were near the central station, so it was easy to explore the city. Special thanks to the cleaning lady for cleaning our room every day.

Pros: The location and cleanness. The check-in process was very smooth. The small kitchen was very well equipped.

Cons: The walls were very thin. We could hear what our neighbours were saying. This was rather disturbing as they had a small child.

Pros: The staff were such nice people. Great location, quiet street, easy to find. Free tea and coffee. Safe for a solo traveller.

Cons: There was no way to signal that I don't need cleaning or change of towels. Also, I could hear the next door neighbours a bit too much.

Kind owner, great location!

Pros: Fabulous location, great view, and lovely restaurant-filled street with markets in the day. Owner was super generous with his time, and provided some basic toiletries such as shower caps and body wash. Overall, a great stay!
