Pros: Тихо и спокойно място. Разположението е много удобно. Почти всички известни места за посещение са на пешеходно разстояние /до 30-40 мин. разходка/. Ако обичате да ходите няма нужда от метро или друг транспорт. Сградата е чудесна, старият асансьор в нея е много приятно допълнение. Леглото е супер удобно. Има всичко необходимо, вкл. голяма оборудвана кухня. Благодарни сме на собственика, че макар и трудно се съгласи да оставим багажа си след оссождаването на апартамента, тъй като полета ни беше много късно вечерта.

Cons: Влизането в сградата късно вечер е малко объркващо, особено когато сте изморени от късен полет. Необходимо е да звъните на собственика за да ви отвори главната порта на сградата. Стъпалото в спалнята е опасно, особено ако ставате през нощта. Ранното освобождаване е неприятно, но на повечето места в Рим е така /10ч/
