Very clean apartment and awesome host

Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy. The host Julian was fabulous. He made sure that we have everything we needed and very professional as well.

Cons: It would be great if a toaster and a water boiler were provided

Central but peaceful apartment with the nicest host

Pros: The apartment is an amazing place to start your holiday from in Rome! It's on a quiet street with nice buildings and restaurants surrounding you. The Spanish steps are just an easy walk away. We crossed them almost every day and we loved that. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable for a family, or friends. The coffee capsules and tea were also highlights and the juice for our kid in the fridge. Giulio, the host was the nicest person you can imagine. They helped us with our luggage, recommended places and told us everything. Even booked a taxi for us for the checkout. We would definitely return here when we come back ro Rome! Thank you for everything!:))

Cons: The doors are really squeaky. And we missed a microwave a bit, but for 4 nights we could manage without it.

Pros: The location is great. Walking distance to Fontana di Trevi and Colosseum. The owners very kind, they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Perfect for a group stay in rome

Pros: It was very spacious and clean. The rooms were big and the fact that there were three bedrooms was amazing:) It was very close to the city centre (5 min walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain), and the host was very kind

Don't look any further! This is the perfect apartment for you to stay if visiting Rome!

Pros: This is the perfect place to stay, when in Rome! Very good location, quiet, nice, big and cozy appartment, very close to metro station and close to Spanish Stairs and Fontana din Trevi. In the appartment you will have everything you need, and just in front there are two very good restaurants. Giulio, our host, was fantastic! We definitely will stay again when we return to Rome. I give a 10+ to this appartment.

If I ever go back to Roma again, would definitely come back to this one

Pros: Within our budget, the apartment has everything we need, clean, new, quiet in the night, and very well located in the city center, walking distance to pretty much all the hot spot. The landlord Giulio is the best host ever ! Very helpful and efficient in terms of communication and problem shooting. Very nice experience !
