I loved this apartment. It has spacious rooms and kitchen, good sound proofing in the bedrooms and individual bathrooms

Pros: Loved the simplicity. Everything we needed was available. Good sound proofing between the separate rooms. Good for independence.

Great accommodation for family or couples in Central Rome!

Pros: Excellent value for money. Fabio the host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and as described, with three large bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. The apartment is within easy access to public transport and close to the Spanish steps. We found many attractions within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in central Rome.

Great apartment in a good location

Pros: Great location, partic enjoyed proximity to good cafes and restaurants, also the 3 double bedrooms with en-suites.

Cons: Access was a bit tricky - couldn’t get the key to work in apartment door so had to rely on using code on phone. Would have been even more comfortable had there been some easy chairs in communal area. Also some kitchen basics would have been useful - a tea towel, some dishwasher tablets and kitchen cleaning cloths for washing up.

Pros: Proximité du métro, restaurants. Très calme, lits confortables

Cons: Il manque des rideaux occultants dans une chambre. À notre arrivée il manquait des housses de couette dans les 3 chambres !!!

Pros: Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, προσεγμένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Καθαρό και άνετο. Πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης, ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος. Ήσυχο πολύ όμορφο κτήριο.

Cons: Κάποιες μικρόφθορές που θα ήθελαν ανάνανεωση στις γυψοσανίδες. Πραγματικά ασήμαντες, απλά πέφτει το μάτι και αδικούν ένα τόσο όμορφο διαμέρισμα.
