Pros: Location was excellent and the ability to accommodate all of our group (9 people) was great for us. The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate the birthday of one of our group.

Cons: The lounge area was a little bit cramped for all 9 of us but we knew that would be the case.

Comfortable stay.

Pros: The size of the space is really good, well equipped. Many bedrooms and comfy beds. Very clear instructions on how ti access the property.

Cons: The bathrooms are a bit tired, and need a good refresh. Everything works in there, but for example the shower seal is falling off, the toilet flushing in both bathrooms is a bit wonky. However we were still able to use the bathrooms with no problems.

Great location, a lot of space in the Apartment, well equipped

Pros: Location was great, all you need just couple of minutes walking from the Apartment

very good stay, close to every nice monument in Roma - very clean and safe place

Pros: good contact with host, very kind and arrange for us a transfer from the airport - instructions were super clear and beds very confortable - we had a very nice stay

Cons: when we book the whole site, we miss a bit a place where to sit all together - except the rooms, there is no real nice place

Pros: First we liked the location, it’s in the center and near metro station . Then we liked the apartment , super clean and cozy with lights and big rooms. Host was helpful and sent us detailed check in instructions. We had a lovely kitchen and great coffee , which they left for us. I will definitely go back

Good value for money

Pros: Very good location, next to Villa Borghesi and close proximity to Spanish stairs and other amenities. We were group of 11 and fit comfortable.

Cons: Apartment is in need for major refurbishment. From flooring to toilets. You can feel damp in all rooms.

Great place for groups

Pros: Great location. We were a group of 6 so was nice to have plenty of space. Nice restaurants nearby. Short walk to Trevi fountain. Nice and quiet.

Great location. Great size. Clean with comfy beds!

Pros: Items were left for our use in the kitchen, which was unexpected and nice, however we didn't use them as we went down to Bar Ludovisi each morning and watched the world go by! We hadn't realised that we should have requested an extra bed for my daughter but they sorted it all out quickly and without fuss. You can contact the owners if you have problems and they'll come back to you fairly quickly, which is helpful. No problems, good location, comfortable beds and a great, clean flat.

Cons: Everything was fine, no problems or complaints. As I said, you can contact the owners if you do have concerns and they'll help you.
