Roma Resort Colosseum

Cheap, convenient, and a great location. Overall, very, very good.

Pros: The conditions were simply excellent for such a price. The location is perfect — just one step out the door and you're in the metro. Having the metro right there means you can get anywhere. It’s a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The keypad entry was very convenient, so we weren't restricted by check-in or check-out times. Another big advantage is having two rooms and two bathrooms. Highly recommended!

Cons: One fairly inconvenient thing is that there's no handheld shower head, only a fixed overhead one. This makes it difficult to shower without getting your hair wet (girls, you’ll understand me!). Also, the window insulation is poor, and the sofa bed isn't very comfortable. Still, it's a good place overall.

Pros: Great location, easy to find and reach (metro, tram, bus). About 20 minutes walking to the Colosseo. We felt safe and comfortable during the entire stay in the hotel and in the area. Everything you need is close by (markets, farmacies, small restaurants). The family room is large (apartment) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice kitchen with sufficient appliances and would be perfect for a family or a group of friends. All stated in the offer was provided.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay in with the only conflict being is the noise from traffic.

Pros: The room was a good size and the beds were quite comfortable.The two en-suites were very helpful in the early morning rush. The hosts were very kind and helpful. There were good facilities like the kettle. It was in a good area as it was close to the colosseum and near the metro station.

Cons: It was very noisy during the night from all the traffic.

Pros: Everything, the location, the comfort, clean room, kitchen with facilities, in front the metro station, parking for the car.

Cons: The sound proof should be improved, because we could have heard everything around our doors and windows.

Pros: Walking distance to Roma Termini or Coliseum. Situated right next to Metro station, which is accessable to wheelchair users or travellers with lots of suitcases. Pretty handy! Ps. Clean, quiet and safe, despite not the best 1st impressions of the graffiti covered building.
