Major House - Luxury Apartments in Rome by Hostand

I recommend :)

Pros: Nice flat with everything, you need for normal life.

Cons: Quite loud location, but no loud people or music .. Trams was really loud with vibrations. No problem for us, but not super quiet flat :)

Friendly, efficient and well located apartment

Pros: Really liked the staff, super easy to check in and check out. Also they had some essentials on arrival and during the stay that makes a difference. For example tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt etc

Cons: My apartment was in a basement so over time I would miss not being able to see out a window

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and well looked after. It was very clean and comfortable with a nice sized kitchen and 2 very good bathrooms with excellent water pressure. It was a good location too as it was right next to a tram/bus stop and very close to roma termini station too. The host was amazing - great communication through WhatsApp. We had asked if we could check in early if the property was free as our flight landed in the morning and they were more than happy to accommodate!

Pros: Nice spacious apartment. Really nice host, who was constantly monitoring our wellbeing. Quick and easy check-in process. Well equiped kitchen, compfy bed and sofa.

Cons: Bedrooms soundproofness is a bit low. But there isn't much the host can do. :)

Pros: Luxury apartment , clean and tidy. Very good location ,just 3 stops from the train station , where you can go everywhere.

Cons: The only disadvantage is that it took a lot of time to be heated the apartment.

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment was very modern, spacious, and comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Communication with the management was clear and pleasant.

Cons: As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be nice to have a few more toiletries in the bathroom. In the bedroom, there was a very slight damp smell, but it did not significantly affect my stay

We had a very good stay in Rome for a 6 days holiday

Pros: This is a wonderful apartment, in a beautiful and recently renovated house, all apartments being operated by the same company. Acces is realy easy, using QR code, and having 2 bathrooms is a real benefit when you are a family of 4 persons. The acces to terrace and balcony, in the summer, might be a bonus (we traveled during winter time, so we don't know for sure). The acces to public transport (Porta Maggiore Station has many options) is easy as well. If you are interested in local italian products (drinks and food) make a visit to Tipico20 across the street. Worth it!

Cons: Location of the property is a bit outside the main touristic atractions, so you need to use public transport or taxi (public transport might be quite crowded in Rome). There is a bit of a bad smell from one of the bathrooms, but nothing to be worried about and the lack of an option to leave your luggage after check out, in case you have a late flight, might be a minus as well.

Wonderful place with all the amenities, in a very good location. I highly recommend it!!

Pros: Easy digital check-in via WhatsUp is something I really like. The comfort and ample space in the bathroom with plenty of hot water without bad smells. It had all the modern kitchen equipment, coffee, sugar and a bottle of water and a very good hair dryer. Comfortable bed and plenty of bath towels. It had 2 flat TVs, one on each floor. The location had all the means of transport tram, bus, taxi rank and the metro stop 5 minutes walk away. Roma Termini is close and you can quickly go to FIUMICINO AEROPORTO. I definitely recommend visiting the place. I really liked it for that and I rate it with 9.

Cons: Minor shortcomings: It could have had at least one more spare blanket because it only had a duvet and sheets, it didn't have towels specifically for the kitchen and it didn't have hair conditioner, it only had one liquid soap for both body and hair. Also, the AC on the 1st floor wasn't working, only on the 2nd floor, but it didn't bother us at all because it was very hot upstairs.

Great place to stay , easy to reach the center of Rome .

Pros: Very close to the tramstop. Property is clean and spacious. Sleeping room is of a good size and bathroom is big. We did not cook so nothing to tell about the kitchen.

Cons: If you sleep with more than 2 persons you have to use of the sofa bed which means you can not make use of sofa just to sit on it. It is noisy with the traffic outside. But if you close the windows and make use of the ac it is less noise
