Comfortable stay.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious with two bedrooms. It was very quiet as the apartment is located at the back of a large courtyard.

Good

Pros: We were very happy with our stay. The location is great—easy access to public transport, a calm and quiet neighborhood, and close to everything we needed. The property was just as described and overall a good experience.

Cons: The only downside was the owner’s lack of flexibility. Due to an important last-minute event, I had to request a date change, but they were not willing to accommodate any alternative dates except the original one I booked. Unfortunately, there was no support offered, and I risked losing my payment. I recommend booking with a flexible policy if there’s any chance your plans might change. Also the check in is at 4pm which is quite late and you need to pay extra if you want to check in early :(

Pros: Clean, had all basic amenities that we needed. Tram stop literally outside the front gate. Good value local restaurants and 2 mini markets within 5-8 minutes walk

Cons: Extra towels included, also fairly limited kitchen utensils. No major problems however. One problem was the linked fire alarms. First night alarm sounded at around 1230, woke up the whole complex. Likely due to someone smoking. Took 20 mins and messaging to shut it down. Staff however on chat were really helpful, and next day representative came to check the system.

Lovely stay in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Conviniently located right at Reti tram station and a small walk to Verano and Termini/ Porta Miggiore. Lot of convinience stores and good food nearby! The room is compact but the living area was spacious to accomodate a small family of 3. It has parking as well which was very convinient.

Cons: Had issues during check-in. There was a power outage in the area, which they did let us know via email. However, there is no front desk and we had to wait outside during a heatwave just to get into the room. They did send someone to solve the issue in half an hour and it saved the day. Didnt have any problems after that.

A great stay overall — comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive.

Cons: Nothing to mention — everything met or exceeded expectations.

Pros: An open and well-lit apartment with all the facilities one would require. The staff let us keep our bags in our apartment way before check-in— great help. Overall a perfect stay.

Pros: All the appliances are in an optimum state, no complains from that side.

Cons: One of the rooms was oriented to the street and it was difficult to sleep because of the constant noise.

It was a pleasure to stay here! I love it and I will come back definitely!

Pros: The location was really convenient because we can use tram from the front of apartment. All the facilities works perfectly and they provide detergent as well to wash our clothes.

Cons: The shower room is a little bit too small, but that’s fine.

Pros: The apartment was amazing! Well equipped, there was a washing mashing, which helps us with our clothes. We could make out own breakfast as there was everything in the kitchen

Cons: It wasn't the best location, but still not bad, usually we walked to Roma Terminini (20 min)

Would choose it again

Pros: We had an amazing stay. The apartment had armored blackout shutters on all the windows, which provided a sense of security and allowed for a very good night's sleep. The kitchen was well equiped. The staff man from sonder was very friendly and polite, he quickly helped us with electricity problems. It was super easy to contact him.
