Pros: Clean and comfortable bed, nice designed rooms and great location

Cons: Very bad wood mat in the bathroom. It was broken, dirty and dangerous to stand on because of metal wires

Pros: This wonderful apartment is located in a very central neighborhood, from here you can visit the city entirely on foot, very close to Rome's major attractions. the beautiful design, the furnishings and the kindness of Maurizio made the whole experience great. I recommend it

It was a short stay in the centre of Rome. Apartment was so clean, and well equipped.

Pros: It was clean, well equipped, and quiet almost. Location was great, 15 minutes walking to most of monuments.

Cons: Access was not so easy for bringing luggage in, and out, so many steps without possibility to use the lift. Not so many parking places close by.

Pros: The price is very good, because the apartment is close to the center. We walked everywhere. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the water in the bathroom flies very slowly and it is difficult to set the water temperature.

Great value!

Pros: Well located in relation to the Colosseum, 20-40 minute walk to all other attractions or quicker if using public transport, amenities at the apartment allowed us to cook simple breakfasts and do laundry, the host was extremely flexible and accommodating with early check-in and late check out! Perfectly sized for two couples.

Cons: The apartment was a little worn down and could use a deeper clean of the shower, floors and chair upholstery.

Pros: The location is great. Most of the sight seeing are within walkable distance. There are a few supermarkets nearby too. The apartment is well equipped to make us feel at home. It is very valued for money for a group of people staying together.

Cons: We did not prepare for climbing up staircases which are unfriendly to heavy luggage.

Excellent location, good facilities

Pros: Great location with easy access to a metro stop (Cavour) and to the Termini station. Two bathrooms (not that the shower in the second bathroom is quite tiny) and a washing machine made the stay very comfortable. This was our second time using this apartment.

Pros: Very well organized arrival. The plane was 2 hours late, the agreed driver was there (01.30 a.m.). Accurate description from the key box to the entrance to the apartment. Sufficient amount of towels and hygiene items available.

Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better - signs of mold in the corners of the tiles. On the other hand, we were very pleased with the 2 bathrooms.
