Pros: Beautiful historic building. Nicely decorated and very well equiped. Good communication with owner. Terrasse with charming view.

Cons: Second room : very low ceiling, not confortable bed

Pros: Location for visiting Vatican is perfect. The owner considers all you need and contact immediately when you have problems. Recommend 100%

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Linhouse. The street is very quiet despite being close to lots of busy areas. The check-in went very efficiently with Chiara who guided us through the whole process without any fuss. The apartment is very historical with wooden panelling inside. The main living area is well set out with a large open living room with the main bathroom & bedroom on one side and the kitchen on the other separated by internal doors. The smaller bedroom & bathroom are up the stairs on the way up to the beautiful outside roof terrace where we spent much time. The cleanliness of the apartment was first class. Not only are there soap dispensers by the sinks but also by the bidets as well as in the shower.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike. Just watch your head when you go out onto the terrace as you go up the final few steps.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a quiet, central location in Rome. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the Vatican.

Pros: Great location by the Vatican . Easy to find and on a lovely street close by to shops, restaurants and things to do. The house is traditional and interesting, but modern main bedroom and bathroom and kitchen. Had a lovely top roof terrace which was beautiful in the evening .

Cons: 3rd floor means lots of steps. But worth it for the view from the terrace .

Excelent location, beautiful and cosy home.

Pros: You pay for the location. Which is excelent, very close to the Vatican and with excelent quiet restaurants right at your door. The owner is very friendly and easy to be reached if need it.

Cons: Being in Rome, in August, the temperature was 32C daily and a better AC would help. The ac is only in one bedroom. The instructions regarding how to get to the apartment can be a bit improved.

Pros: wonderful location and rooftop terrace overlooking the Vatican. good position to visit the city on foot and access public transport. close by to good restaurants and shops. the property was full of character and history but had modern kitchen and bathing facilities. spotlessly clean and great communication from owner.
