Grea Location, great space, comfortable and would definitely book again.
Pros: Large space, perfect location, beds comfortable, dining area and living area good, showers good. We were visiting as a family with children and grand parent and worked for everyone.
Cons: There was some street noise during the night, seem to be people walking home and making noise after nights out. it’s to be expected being so central. I would still stay here again but probably bring some ear plugs for the weekend nights.

Loved every second. Everything is close by and great restaurants around the corner.
Pros: The host met us there and took us through the house. He was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Sehr zentral gelegen, kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und zum Kolosseum. Viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants um einen herum. Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße, in der es relativ ruhig zugeht.
Cons: Eigentlich passt alles soweit, nur könnten manche der Betten mal wieder ein Update vertragen.

Bei geschlossenen Fenstern und mit Nachsicht gegenüber Nachtschwärmern durchaus gut.
Pros: Lage: Leicht zu Fuß erreichbar von Roma Termini. Metro und Bus ganz nahe. Mehrere Restaurants in der Umgebung, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (und Abfallentsorgung). Keine Durchgangsstraße, somit kein Autolärm.
Cons: Gegenüber befindet sich ein Nachtlokal, das um 22 Uhr öffnet; bis weit in die frühen Morgenstunden lärmen die Kunden dieses Etablissements auf der Gasse. Die Treppenstufen der Via Quattro Cantoni sind im übrigen ein beliebter Aufenthaltsort für Trinker.

Cette résidence a bien contribué à notre grand plaisir de découvrir Rome durant 5 jours.
Pros: L' emplacement de la résidence est excellent, proche du centre sans en avoir les inconvénients, l'appartement est vaste, clair et propre, la notice décrivant les points à connaître bien faite et complète et l' accueil par notre hôte très chaleureux.
Cons: Deux choses doivent être améliorées : le couchage de la plus petite des 4 chambres n'est pas fait pour un adulte, le matelas est clairement à remplacer, et l'équipement en vaisselle de cuisine n' est pas à la hauteur du reste de l' appartement : 4 fourchettes seulement, et assiettes + verres dépareillés, il devrait être facile d'y parvenir.

Pros: Our stay at this Rome apartment was fantastic! It was the perfect spot for a short stay—super comfortable, stylish, and equipped with all the essentials. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations that made our time in Rome even more enjoyable. We loved coming back here to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay in Rome!
Cons: There was truly nothing we didn’t like about the apartment! It was comfortable, well-located, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Rome.

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros: Apartament foarte spațios, bine organizat, curat, cu o terasa superba. Aer conditionat in fiecare camera. În bucătărie există tot ce aveți nevoie pentru a găti și a lua masa; masina de spalat rufe si masina de spalat vase . Cele trei dormitoare confortabile au 2 bai , dintre care una cu duș, a doua cu o cadă dotată cu un panou lateral care îți permite oricum să faci duș si inca o toaleta separata. Livingul mare este dotat cu canapele și un televizor. La apartament se poate ajunge ușor din gara Termini o plimbare de aproximativ 10 minute. In apropierea casei se afla un supermarket bine aprovizionat, diverse magazine si restaurante excelente.
Cons: Lipseste un expresor de cafea , pernele nu sunt de cea mai buna calitate.
