Costanza is an outstanding host: very helpful and understanding. Perfect location for single people.

Pros: Location for breakfast in both Rosemary and Timoty was excellent as they were only 2 minutes away. Staff were very friendly. Timoty (on Sundays when Rosemary is closed) was exceptionally good.

Cons: The hot tap in the bathroom sink did not work.

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at B&B Querini! The room was spotless and cozy, and the owner was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and I really appreciated that the towels were changed daily. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cons: The snoring from the next room was too loud. The house is 1885 age old, so it is obvious that the walls are thin. The cleaning wasn't provided on the 3rd day of my stay (25.04).

Pros: Convenient location: very close to metro and bus stations, walking distance to plenty of interesting places, yet a bit away from noisy streets. Very friendly hosts Costanza and her mom. Enjoyable breakfast at Rosemary.

Charming experience in the heart of Rome

Pros: Very charming little flat perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Most monuments are accessible by foot which is convenient. The neighbourhood is where many government buildings are located so the area is very safe. The room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We have been welcomed by Costanza who kindly advised us on what to see and do in Rome.

Cons: For us the biggest downside was how noisy the room is. Since it is an old building, the windows are not soundproof and the streets are very noisy all day and night long. We could also hear other customers come and go inside the flat and people talking on the streets. Also, the bathroom could use a bit more thorough cleaning (limescale, mold and hair left everywhere in the shower and sink). Also, it's a bit sad that the cute balcony is not furnished/decorated and thus not really usable.

Absolutely perfect place for your stay in Roma. Everytime you come back from the city, it just feels like home and Costa

Pros: The property is 1 minute walk to public transportation, has a wonderful view, it's short walk closed to the key points of Roma and features everything you need for a stay. Costanza is a great host, really friendly and always aiming to create the perfect experience for you.
