Perfect location near Rome’s main sights and Termini, clean and charming room, good breakfast, and an excellent pizzeria

Pros: The apartments are in a perfect location. All the main historical sights can easily be reached on foot, and the central Roma Termini station is very close by. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of authentic Italian charm. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome to explore its historical landmarks. The breakfast was good, and coffee, tea, and snacks were available in the kitchen at all times, which was very convenient. We had a very pleasant experience overall. Just around the corner, there is an old and authentic pizzeria, Pizzeria Ristoro EST, which I strongly recommend visiting, the pizzas are absolutely delicious.

Perfect location, super comfy beds, lovely staff - all round great value for money.

Pros: Perfect location to explore Rome eg Trevi Fountain and Colosseum around 15min walk. Room spacious and extremely comfy beds. All hotel perks but with home from home feel.

Comfortable and Good Location

Pros: Apin is great person, always available, very friendly and helpful. Before going, I told her I have celiac disease and she prepared a basket of gluten-free food for me. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We loved the location of the house. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for everything.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The spaces are modern and spotless. The staff was exceptional, and the location is very convenient. Only for visiting the Vatican you need to take the bus, which costs €1.50, with the stop just 10 meters away. Absolutely recommended.

Pros: The location was excellent, easy walking to all attractions. Apin was a brilliant hostess, very informative and helpful. Natalia the cleaner was also lovely. Room was most comfortable and clean. Breakfast room was a bonus, well stocked(delicious cakes and lovely coffee)and you could use it whenever, you wanted, you wasn't governed by opening times. Perfect stay.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

A very enjoyable stay.

Pros: The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The landlady was extremely friendly and her attention to detail was incredible. The open kitchen was a great idea.
