Pros: The location was excellent, you could walk to all the tourist spots. It was very close to the train station. The bed was so comfortable

Cons: It took a few minutes to get any hot water and the water pressure was terrible.

Perfect stay, great location, excellent staff

Pros: Loved everything !! All the Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly & welcoming. Location excellent, lots of activity & felt very safe during day & night, close 15min walk to the top 4/5 Rome attractions. Closeby to Supermarkets, cafes, small stores, souvenirs, even an Irish pub !! Rooms beautiful, high end finishes/decor, comfortable, super clean, daily attendance to rooms, towels, supplies etc. Loved the little extras of coffee pods, breakfast crackers, jam, twinnings tea & bathroom supplies. We visited Europe for about a month and this was the best place we stayed..Would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff team for having us & for your hospitality.

Comfortable, modern and central

Pros: We were so grateful to receive a room upgrade for our 4-night stay, thank you! The balcony offered stunning views over the city streets; the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen amenities all great. Location is central, 5-10min walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Colosseum, and is perfect if you need access to the Metro or Termini stations.

Cons: Nothing. It's a minimum 4-flight walk-up if you don't take the lift. The lift is very small and serviceable to all but the very top floor.

Pros: The hotel is located in a very central street, where all the tourist’s attractions are 10-15mins away. It was very clean and the stuff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with all the necessary amenities. There is also an elevator, small however very convenient.

Exceptional Hotel

Pros: The hotel was in the centre of everything, ideal for walking, and very close to the termini. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was really nice, just like the pictures, and clean.
