Pros: Really comfortable and characterful apartment, nice thoughtful touches from the owner, lovely neighbourhood. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Cons: aging facilities, limited hot water in shower, no bidet

Pros: Cozy, nice location, kind owners, near to the oranges garden and garden of roses

Cons: You need to wait for the hot water while it is boiling, very high prices during public holidays, far from good places where you can have a good breakfast. No safe parking nearby

Pros: A peaceful gem in the heart of Rome! We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment on the Aventine Hill. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and beautifully green, yet just a short walk from all the main sights. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the charming neighborhood. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and comfy apartment near Circo massimo

Pros: Comfortable and quiet apartment in great location (opposite a beautiful orange garden with great views over city) about 10 mins walk from metro station. Paolo met us on arrival and greeted us warmly and was available if needed. Had everything we needed and a great holiday and would definitely come back.

Cons: Last day was a little bit spoilt as I needed to dry a pair of shoes shoes and couple of tshirts for my son so I hung them to dry just outside the front door and found a neighbour outside taking photos, when questioned then she came and started having a go at me for putting washing out as apparently the apartment was an exclusive property and people shouldn't put washing outside (despite next door having all hers out day before).

Pros: The location is a dream, my favorite part of Rome. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Cons: The water heater in the bathroom was running out of hot water too quickly, washing my long hair was a bit of a challenge. But if you need just a quick shower it’s fine.

We enjoyed and really recommend these apartments

Pros: We really liked the location, the comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything you need. You can turn on the heater if you need it. The floors are cold, but that's probably a plus in summer. The bathroom has the necessary hygiene products.

Cons: WiFi quality is very poor and there is no connection at all in the bedroom. Even the mobile internet is very poor here.

Soggiorno delizioso

Pros: Ho prenotato questo appartamento per mia sorella e mio nipote che sono venuti a trovarmi a Roma. Mi hanno detto che è andato tutto alla grande, hanno trovato un bel ciambellone fatto in casa, come segno di benvenuto. Posizione gradevole vicino al Giardino degli Aranci e servizi molto buoni. L'unico problema forse il Wifi che non aveva molta connessione. Per il resto soggiorno delizioso. Torneranno sicuro.
