with the exception of the faulty heating system it was very pleasant

Pros: We realy enjoyed the stay in this apartment and hope to comeback soon because the apartment was 15minutes walk to Colosseo in the realy quiet district exactly exactly acc. to the posted pictures. The owner Ludovico was extremely helpful and allowed us the early check-in at 2:30 mornig + give us suggestion about the best places for the breakfast and dinner. All important places like shops, restraurants metro atc are max 10minutes by walk. If you travel by car as us you can have there parking for free and it is out of ZTL zone so perfect location for car traveles.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area but still close to the city center. The host was friendly and responsive.

Pros: Аппаратаменты находятся в районе Авентин:тихом, живописном и безопасном.Квартира представляет собой аутентичное, с признаками творческой богемности, пространство римского респектабельного района. Размер позволяет с комфортом разместиться до 4 человек. На кухне есть все необходимое. До транспорта несколько минут пешком. В квартире есть терасса. Утром под окнами можно увидеть попугаев)). Доступ в квартиру был простым.Общение с хозяином оперативным.

Cons: К сожалению, во время нашего проживания не работала посудомоечная машина. Напор воды в доме не очень хороший. Это создаёт проблемы при пользовании туалетом ( очень долго набирается бачок унитаза). Если вы путешествуете большой компанией это может создать по утрам очередь.

Pros: Mimořádná lokalita klidná vilová čtvrt kousek od Colosea a Trastevere, obrovský apartmán s velkými balkony-terasami vzdušné cozzy atmosféra jedno z top apartmánu co jsem zažil .. jednoduchý check in I out . Parkování zadarmo

Cons: Sbad jen komplikvany systém vstupu s 4 klíči a box na ně není venku ale ať před bytem tedy skupina musí mít klice objemné pořád u sebe a nejde se vracet postupně to zaslouží vylepsit
