Very nice and well located close to metro line

Pros: The location close to metro line allowing to reach any intersting point in Rome quite easily, the large bed, the window blinds and the kind hosts.

Cons: A microwave would be useful, there was trouble to use the gas hobs solved by the host

Pros: Amazing apartment with lovely hosts, located in a great neighborhood.

Pros: We liked everything. The location was in a quiet area, close to public transportation . The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable Ivano was a great help in welcoming us and waiting for us late.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

Pros: Great accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood, near B line underground station in Piazza Bologna, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was clean and cosy, and it had all the necessary toiletries. They provide you with a coffee machine and water, so you can have a cup of coffee when you arrive. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast is not in the same building, but in a café nearby (nothing to complain about since you're told before you book it). It's just a cup of coffee and a croissant (maybe some juice could be added).

Fantastic location - Clean friendly and close to everything.

Pros: Location was brilliant, close to the metro and close enough out of the main city for easy access. Also far enough out of the city to get away from the chaos. Highly recommended. The area felt very safe and there were loads of restaurants and shops around. Great buzz around the town.

Cons: Have nothing negative to say. The stay was amazing. The host was fantastic, there were no hidden surprises.

Pros: It was very clean, nice and the accommodation is central. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Ivano was very welcoming and allowed us to do the check in a bit later as our flight was delayed and we arrived late. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with air conditioning and coffee. It also included a free coffee and croissant in the nearby cafe so that was very nice. Overall very recommended for large groups and close to the train station.

Pros: Super comfortable, only a short ride to the train station. I had a very nice short vacation here.

Great value for money, beware of the breakfast

Pros: The location is great. Local neighbourhood, just three metro stops from Termini station, with restaurants and cafes that are not tourist traps:) property is clean, kitchenette in the room is great.

Cons: We got room right next to the reception desk, in front of the main door and let’s say the doors are not soundproof, so we could hear everyone and everything. We knew that the breakfast consists of a voucher for a pastry and coffee in a near café, and we have to admit that the pastry was delicious, but they should state it clearly in the description first those who don’t read reviews completely!:)

Great stay

Pros: Very clean and tidy, including looks of essentials.

Cons: The bunk beds were not comfortable at all and had lots of squeaky noises.
