Amazing and comfortable stay

Pros: Everything! The cleanliness, the amenities provided and the communication with the host was excellent. Esmeralda was great, answering to all our questions and providing help when needed super fast. The location for us was also very good. The area is surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacies, good restaurants and bakeries. Also the bus and train station are nearby very close within walking distance.

Excellent.

Pros: The location is a 3 minutes walk from Bologna metro station which was perfect for me to reach both Conca d’oro and the city center. The staff is really helpful and let me leave my luggage until 3p.m. after the checkout.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. It was located in a well-maintained tenement building. There was a good restaurant on the ground floor and a bar a little further down, but importantly, all the gastronomy places were open until 11 p.m., so it was generally quiet. Importantly, the room was close to the metro.

The place is 10/10 with minor setbacks that are just our preferences, definitely would come back!

Pros: We were welcomed very warmly. There was always good internet connection and mini fridge was filled with juices and water almost everyday (and they were free as well). Location is very convenient as it was 2 minutes near to metro station (7 minutes to Rome centre by metro). Very clean room and everyday there was cleaning service. If we had a question or something didn’t work, we could always reach out and get a pretty quick answer. There was also a shared kitchen where we could use pans, pots, plates and other things needed to cook food.

Cons: The lock of the main door was pretty hard to deal with. The bed mattress was a bit too hard for us (but it is just our personal preference) and sound isolation was not the best but it didn’t cause us any inconvenience.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Alba Rosa Rooms. The room was clean, modern, and stylish. The location was great – we arrived during a local party at the nearby pub, which added a fun vibe to the area. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Rome, this was the only one where we had no issues with hot water or water pressure in the shower – big plus! The staff were quick to respond and very kind. We also received some complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. So many little conveniences made our short stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Pros: A dream of a place, it is a hotel inside an apartment building, half a floor is the rooms of the hotel, in the Bologna neighborhood, a central and safe location, very close to the metro, and a very good vibe on the street. There is also parking, free from 8 pm to 8 am. When you enter the complex there is an excellent smell, the rooms are newly renovated with a wonderful smell, everything is branded (the shampoo and soap smell wonderful) There is no noise from the street, even though the street is active even at 12 PM. There is a common room for all guests to use which includes a kitchen, dining counter and sofa. Everything was really wonderful beyond our expectations.

Very nice and welcoming

Pros: Very clean, amazing host, they let us in early for the check in since we had an earlier flight and the weather outside wasn’t the greatest. Very nice overall experience

Cons: If I could mention something, it was the shower. Sometimes the water would come in cold, but nothing concerning.
