Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was easy to find and located in a great area. I was contacted on WhatsApp for the instructions. People was very reactive and communicated well throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and met all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It can be a little bit noisy since the toilet is next to the room wall, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Simple but clean and very affordable.

Pros: The rooms were simple but clean and the bed was comfortable. Unlocking the building and apartment door works with your phone which is very convenient. The communication with the host is only via whatsapp but she was very responsive. 2 bottles of water and cookies were provided every day.

Cons: To get warm water in the shower you had to turn on the boiler way in advance. If you just want to take a quick shower the water is cold.

Feel like you stay at home, so comfort and convenient.

Pros: Easy for transportation from Flumicino airport to Tiburtina train station and Bologna metro station. Room is very clean. Annalisa and her team are very nice and hospitality.

Overal a cozy, clean and easily accessible place. Would recommend.

Pros: The place is next to a metro station (Bologna) which makes it easily accessible. The appartment is cozy and good for a short stay, for a couple (partners, friends...). There was coffee and small snacks at free disposition. The AC is in summer a true savior.

Cons: Although the place is clean and every morning there is a cleaning service, which we highly appreciated, the couch cover or sheets seemed to have minor stains (probably just those stains that survive a couple washings). The rooms lacked storage space but nothing you couldnt deal with during a short stay.

Pros: Location, 1 minute from metro Bologna and other bus stations. Coffe machine at the reception area. Complementary water and juice. Safe apartment (3 check points to get into apartment). Room was cleaned every day.

Cons: Too big pillows. Bit noisy from the other apartments, the room was not very good soundproofed.

Perfect!

Pros: I liked literally everything! The room and apartment extremely nice, elegant, and clean, full of all comforts, including a really good coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The position is really ideal: it is a quite area, no noise at night; it is not central, which makes the price very affordable; it is 1-min walk from a metro, which brings you to Roma Termini in 4 minutes, and to other attractions like colosseum and piazza di Spagna in around 10 minutes. If I will come back to Rome, I will definitely book again here!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great!!!
