great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Great location right near the train/bus station, supermarket is next door and the main locations are walking distans (if you like to walk) or you can take a metro ride to the city. the room is big and fresh, comfortable bed and the shower. publick kitchen with a coffee making machine. A little balcony. I loved everything about this stay. Thank you very mych for everything.

Very Very Helping Host

Pros: I booked this place for my parents. They both don't speak Italian or English, maybe a little bit English. Done all logistics and everything online. The owner was extremely helpful, he helped with Metro station, possible arrival ways, and even considering the late our that my parents faced because of the strikes on the Train lines, he was very helping and checked in them late at night. Thank you!

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant and better than we expected. It was spotlessly clean with comfortable spaces in a quiet area right next to the bologna metro.

Modern & Spacious Accommodation

Pros: Clean, modern,close to metro, spacious compared to central accommodation, responsive and friendly host with clear instructions, always there to help with issues and need.

Cons: How the shower worked was hard for us to figure out, but the owner explained it well when we were struggling.

Great place

Pros: The place is very clean, very close to the metro station, alot of markets nearby, the owner is very helpful and responds almost immediately. Totally recommend

Pros: The rooms looked exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very kind and helpful too. It was easy to get there from the city centre

Tornerei

Pros: La posizione vicino alla stazione della metro piazza Bologna è perfetta per muoversi. Il Proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare le borse prima del check-in. La pulizia - impeccabile.

Cons: Dato che la tassa di soggiorno ammonta a 7 euro al giorno, farò notare qualche pecca: due delle tre lmpadari addizionali in camera non funzionavano e dato che la luce principale è fredda e poco accogliente abbiamo tenuto acceso solo una piccola lampadina e avuto poca luce. Anche le lenzuola potrebbero essere migliori (quelle che abbiamo trovato erano pulitissime, ma poco gradevoli al tatto). In sostanza - tutto bene, ma queste cose andrebbero migliorate.

Pros: Struttura veramente bella e pulita, host super disponibile

Tornerei in questa struttura ma spero che migliorino le problematiche evidenziate.

Pros: La camera era grande, accogliente e pulita. Posizione perfetta per le nostre esigenze Disponibilita' della cucina e presenza della macchinetta del caffe con le cialde per iniziare bene la giornata e della camomilla /the' per rilassarsi a fine giornata.

Cons: Materasso molto duro (tenuto conto che generalmente non amo i materassi morbidi). Questo era troppo duro. Guanciali scomodissimi (grumi di imbottitura ) e lenzuola molto strette. Preciso pero' che la biancheria era pulitissima. Presenza di lampade da comodino che pero' erano completamente scariche (da caricare come i cellulari) e quindi inutilizzabili almeno la prima notte. (fortunatamente un nostro carica batteria si adattava per la ricartica) Presenza di spugnette per la cucina troppo usurate (impossibile utilizzarle). Insomma alcuni piccoli dettagli che hanno abbassato un poco il punteggio assegnato

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto.
