Pros: The apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment is renewed with modern facilities. The bed is very comfortable and extra hard pillows provided if you don't like soft ones.

Cons: The hot water is not very stable when taking a longer shower (washing hair). The soundproofing is not very excellent, as I'm very sensitive to noise during sleep. I could still hear some car passing by, but earplugs solve the issue.

Pros: Everything was great. Location is good, 10 minutes walk from metro station Ottaviano. Also, Vatikan is also about 15 minutes walk. Cleanliness is on point, the apartment was super clean and nice, even better than on pictures. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There is supermarket acros the street. I would recommend 100/10 Also, the owner is super friendly and kind ☺️

Cozy apartment with a great location

Pros: This apartment has an amazing location, it is suprisingly close to the city center, we rarely used city transport during our stay, but it is also close to many bus stations and metro station too. This area of the city is full of various local shops and beautiful cafes, and the market is just around the corner. The owner is very kind and helpful and the apartment itself contains everythig one might need during the stay, kitchen supplies, washing machine etc. We very were happy with this stay.

Pros: The apartment is located in a very friendly part of Rome. We walked everywhere, the famous sights were close to use, didn't need to use public transport. The accomodation is very clean, well-equipped and comfy. It was a really great stay!

Pros: A wonderful apartment that has everything - thanks to the hospitality of the owner (even capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher). The location is great - there are many wonderful bars, grocery stores, clothing and shoe stores around. At the same time, the area is very quiet and peaceful. It is convenient to walk anywhere in the city. For example, it is a 37-minute walk to Campo dei fiori and 43 minutes to Trastevere. The Vatican is 15 minutes away. Great apartment!

Pros: De ruimte en de inrichting van het appartement. Het gebouw staat in een rustige straat, omgeving met ontzettend leuke restaurants en winkels in buurt en leuke markt op zondag. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de gastvrouw was altijd bereikbaar bij vragen.

Cons: Het lag redelijk ver van het historisch centrum. Gelukkig lopen wij graag en was het voor ons geen probleem..

Ottima esperienza

Pros: La posizione in una zona super tranquilla ma servita e con diversi locali nelle vicinanze. E la metro a 10 minuti di camminata. Strategica per la breve distanza a piedi dallo stadio Olimpico, considerato che dovevamo andare ad un concerto lì. Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità dei serramenti che isolavano bene dal rumore del traffico, che comunque non era per niente intenso. E l'aria condizionata.
