Pros: The place is clean and close to Vatican. It is convenient to travel around as it's close to the metro, tram and bus stops.

Cons: The accommodation doesn't have it's own luggage storage before and after check in or check out for guests, but they do suggest some luggage storage nearby.

Excellent stay in a prime location!

Pros: I was very pleased with my stay at this Airbnb. The location is simply perfect — just steps from the metro and with easy access to the Vatican, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and already air-conditioned upon arrival, which was a welcome relief after a long journey. A thoughtful touch was the availability of coffee and teas, making my mornings cozy and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, practicality, and a great base to discover Rome!

Cons: Overall, my experience was positive, but there are a few areas that could benefit from some thoughtful upgrades. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but having a small trash bin inside would be much more convenient. In the kitchen, there was only one general waste bin and no clear options for recycling, which made it difficult to dispose of items responsibly. The placement of the microwave and induction cooktop also made using them a bit awkward — a more accessible setup would definitely enhance the kitchen experience. Lastly, while sharing the fridge in the kitchen was manageable, having a small minibar or fridge in the room would offer more privacy and ease, especially for storing drinks or snacks. These small changes could really elevate the overall comfort and functionality of the space!

Expecting less but everything exceeded my expectation

Pros: Was in contact with the host thru whatsapp, she’s really nice and responds very fast. Location is near the sub station, shops and Vatican.

Amazing

Pros: The location is great. it is within a very short walking distance to Vatican and not far from the most places of interest. There is a Metro station within less than a minute that could take you everywhere. Nearby you can find everything you need - restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The suite was amazing. Though it overlooks a main street leading to Vatican, it is quiet enough. The facilities inside are wonderful - free coffee pots as compliment, tea. The suit has everything you need to feel at home. The self check-in is more than easy. The host is taking care that everything is ok and always ready to help you.

All about convenience

Pros: Literally right next to the metro, can't get any more convenient than this. Access to the apartment was also uncomplicated and it had everything we needed. The communication line was always open and they responded swiftly to any requests.

Cons: Nothing, for a short stay it was all wonderful.

It was nice to live in the heart of Rome; so convenient

Pros: Location, layout, ease to come in and out. Owner was communicative.

Cons: There are a few suites connected by a corridor, and the first night, we heard someone jiggling our doorknob. I think people from the other suites were not aware that there were separate suites. Not enough coffee or tea bags/ampoules, it was the last leg of our journey and we did not want to buy new packs. There were just enough for one drink a day; would have been nice to have a drink on waking up and one before bed. The cookies provided were so delicious though. The induction hob was not working.

We had a comfortable stay in a newly renovated room.

Pros: It's in a great location, within walking distance of the Vatican and 10 seconds walk from the metro station. In addition, there are many restaurants, shops and a large market nearby. This is the perfect room to use as a base for sightseeing in Rome.

We had a lovely time here in Rome!

Pros: Well situated, directly outside the metro station- very good when your weary from travels.

Cons: The unlocking of all the doors the first time was a little complicated but fine when you got used to it. It can be quite loud outside but to be expected when you’re staying on main streets.

Hassle free stay

Pros: Location was perfect, right beside the Metro, making it very easy to get to and from the airport and around Rome. Surrounding area had lovely restaurants and shops and felt safe to roam around. Property was clean and adequately equipped for our short stay. The small kitchen facility was great for breakfasts and for making lunches and snacks for the kids to take with us on our travels around Rome.

Cons: Nothing!

Exceptional appartment in the center

Pros: The location was perfect, near the Ottaviano metro station, and very close to the San Pietro Basilica. Very elegant inside, clean. All you need in the kitchen.
