The perfect place for a perfect Rome experience
Pros: Luca's Vatican Hospitality was just absolutely fantastic. Lisa was on line by WA with me from the day before and answering all my questions. At last minute I needed to change my booking and she helped and saved my cost. She helped with getting around and getting to the airport. She arranged extra cleaning for us at no extra cost. On arrival met us at the door and had lots of extra food and biscuits for us to make use of enough for 2 days. Lovely coffee, sugar included. She came to make an extra bed as she saw we can use it since we were 4 people. The location is PERFECT and the aircon was so great during 35C days in Rome. Next to the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano Metro, that makes travelling around Rome soooooo easy.
Cons: The fact that we had to leave!! A separate toilet could have been great BUT everything else was so good, and that will just be bad to say anything negative!!!

Pobyt bardzo udany.
Pros: Obiekt bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, w miarę przestronny choć w pokoju dość mało miejsca na rozłożenie walizki. Łazienka mała ale funkcjonalna, aneks kuchenny wraz z salonem bardzo przestronny.
Cons: Wyrzucić uschnięte kwiaty z kuchni i nieco dokładniej posprzątać.

Would recommend.
Pros: Location is wonderful! A few blocks from the Vatican and right next to the metro. Clean rooms. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Cons: Not recommended if you plan your arrival beyond 10pm. There is noise from outside but that is easily resolved by closing the windows.😄

Неоднозначное впечатление
Pros: Удобное расположение. Прямо возле выхода метро( как минус- все время толпы шумных туристов).Хозяева на связи. Вайфай работал хорошо. Фен, утюг, туалетная бумага и мыло- шампунь есть. Унитаз чистый. Понравилось, что предусмотрены подставки для чемоданов в каждой комнате, это удобно.
Cons: Удобнее был бы бесконтактный доступ. Двери открывались сложно, заедал ключ. Квартира «подуставшая» , такое впечатление, что уборка если и есть , то очень поверхностная. Разводы на мебели и зеркалах, пыль и грязь на полу, посуда в каком-то беспорядке, пользоваться ею было брезгливо. В одной из комнат постельное белье ( наволочки) в пятнах. В санузле вонь канализации и грибок в душе. Под окнами все время шумно, выходят на улицу . Перед выездом хозяин написал, что нам необходимо вынести мусор, иначе с нас снимут дополнительную оплату, что это якобы прописано правилами букинга. Хотя такого заявлено при бронировании не было,да и я впервые слышу, о таких требованиях при аренде жилья. Дочь вела длительную переписку по этому поводу.Неприятно…

Pros: L'Appartamento era vicino ai musei Vaticani, per spostarsi ho usato la metro sotto casa oltre alle fermate degli autobus. Nell'appartamento era disponibile un televisore per ogni stanza molto comodo per i figli liberi di vedere quello di loro gradimento.

Excellent convenient, charming stay
Pros: Our property caretaker was Layla! She was awesome and explained everything in detail. The property was clean and spacious and excellent decor! It was beyond centrally located, walking distance to the Vatican, delicious Italian cuisine and plenty of places to shop!!! Metro station was right outside our door! Very historic building with the cutest historic elevator! I plan on coming back next year with my family and we will definitely this apartment again!! Grazie! Grazie! Grazie!

Séjour agréable
Pros: Très bel appartement, propre et équipé, chaque chambre dispose de la climatisation et d’une TV. L’hôte est très sympathique et n’hésite pas à nous faciliter le séjour et nous donner des adresses de lieux, restaurants et spots à visiter.
Cons: Tout était très bien
