Pros: The apartment was in a modern and safe neighborhood. The apartment had a balcony where you could relax or dry your laundry. There was a bus stop right at the entrance to the complex. A Carrefour supermarket was a 15-minute walk away. There was an interesting modern church 50 m from the entrance to the complex.

Lovely little unit in a good location for the city and airport.

Pros: Paola was lovely. She adadpted willingly to our change in timing and was smiling when we got there. It was nice to be shown around the property rather than just be given code numbers, even though that does work efficiently when necessary. The bed was a fold out couch, which was ok but not as comfortable as a proper bed. The shower was great, with lots of powerful hot water. We had a whole apartment, which was great because we had use of the gas stove, a kettle and a microwave. The property was on a good bus route for access to the city and also had good access to main roads leading to Fumicino.

Cons: Only the bed really and that was a small thing.

Pros: Casetta piccola ma molto accogliente. Per me è un 10/10 pieno. Sono solito viaggiare per affari e convegni e trovare un ferro da stiro la ripassare le camicie prima di un convegno o una cena non ha prezzo. Personale super cordiale e disponibile.

Cons: Niente in particolare.

Agradable.Limpio muy fácil entrar y práctico

Pros: El dto estaba muy bien con todo lo necesario. Gracias por el detalle de tener galletitas, mermelada, café, té y también aguas en la heladera. Muy limpio . Muy cómodo si haces una excursión que sale del hotel Ergife. Está a la vuelta. Esto para nosotros fue genial.

Cons: La cama es un sofá cama qué para una noche zafa pero para más no da. Es un detalle importante para poder descansar.

Pros: Struttura accogliente e pulita. Dotata di tutto il necessario, anche per cucinare e mangiare. Proprietaria cortese e super disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Consigliato

Pros: Posizione buona per la partecipazione ai concorsi presso il vicino Ergife ma anche per chi vuole alloggiare a Roma senza spendere troppo. Molto apprezzata la cordialità della proprietaria Simona. Pulizia impeccabile.

Cons: Avrei gradito un cuscino più comodo.

I would definetly consider renting this apartment again on my next visit to Rome.

Pros: The host was very accommodating, courteous, and responsive. The apartment is small and cozy, it had everything we needed for our stay: shampoo, body wash, towels, laundry detergent, towels, kitchenware, a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, tea pot, and even an espresso machine and coffee. The 246/247 bus stop is right outside the building entrance. Overall I am very satisfied.

Cons: The only improvement I can think of is the mattress quality.

Pros: Proprietaria simpatica e gentile. Il monolocale è pulito, ordinato e provvisto di tutti i servizi essenziali.

Pros: Отпуском довольны. Расположение отличное, отношение прекрасное. Встретила сама хозяйка, подсказала как добраться из аэропорта и потом в центр.. апартаменты чистые, удобные. Думаю вернёмся обязательно.
