Pros: Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. The host was very friendly and always willing to help. The location is excellent, close to Termini Station. Breakfast at the partner bar is just a short walk away and we were very pleased with it.

Best accommodation in Rome for me.

Pros: Everything is amazing with this property. The staff gets a big 10 out of 10. Maurizio helped me big time with information I needed but also with the invoices I needed. Cleaning service of a 5* hotel. Room, bed, bathroom spotless! Breakfast few meters away and opposite to the Ministry of internal affairs building… A beautiful start of the day with this view!! Of course I am staying here from now on when in Rome. (been already 8 times to different establishments but can’t get enough of Rome) In the photo is the view from my window. The Opera House of Rome.

Cons: I suggested to Mr. Maurizio that rooms need some paintings and surprisingly I found out that he’s an artist himself apart from a French speaking tour guide and he’s preparing some already. He was his personal touch to be in the space.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Pros: Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati veramente bene in questa struttura, Maurizio è stato super gentile e disponibile e ci tengo a ringraziarlo ancora. Noi avevamo la camera Carmen e ci è piaciuta tantissimo, è una camera molto spaziosa con una bella vista sul teatro dell'opera. La stanza inoltre era ben illuminata, pulita e ben insonorizzata, una nota di merito anche alla comodità del letto e dei cuscini. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della cucina in comune ma sembrava ben attrezzata e Maurizio è stato gentilissimo a permetterci di lasciare i bagagli sia al check-in che al check-out. Buona anche la posizione e la colazione disponibile presso un bar a pochissimi passi dalla struttura.

Pros: Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce. Przystępna cena i bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko dworca, umożliwiająca szybki transport lotnisko- pociąg- pokój. Do tego bardzo blisko do wszystkich głównych atrakcji (ale to każdy może sprawdzić sobie na mapie) Najważniejsze o czym warto wspomnieć to to że pokój jest bardzo ładny, czysty i wygląda bardzo świeżo. Co miło nas zaskoczyło to codzienny serwis jak w hotelu (sprzątanie, wymiana pościeli, ręczników) Dodatkowo bardzo miły, uprzejmy właściciel który przywitał nas pyszną kawą ;)

Pros: Tutto meraviglioso! A partire dalla posizione, fronte teatro dell'opera e vicinissima alla basilica santa maria maggiore. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono la stazione termini e la metro A (repubblica). Host super gentile e molto accogliente. Abbiamo dormito nella camera Tosca, perfetta! Studiata nei minimi dettagli con arredi e bagno moderni e sopratutto pulitissimi! Mi è piaciuta la dotazione di bollitore con tazze per bere un te caldo. In aggiunta, all'interno della struttura c'è una piccola cucina con macchinetta del caffè ed altri elettrodomestici. La consiglio vivamente!! Sicuramente tornerò.

Pros: O lugar é muito bem localizado e limpo. Da pra fazer tudo a pé e nas redondezas tem supermercado, restaurantes e outros comércios. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo. Adoramos a hospedagem.

Cons: A Internet poderia ser um pouco mais estável, tinha vezes que ela não funcionava direito.

Pros: Готель має чудове розташування, до всіх ключових памʼяток можна дійти за 20 хвилин пішки. Також дуже близько до вокзалу Терміні, проте район чистий та приємний. У кімнаті було все необхідне для перебування. Також додатковим приємним моментом було щоденне прибирання - приємно повертатись з прогулянки у чисту кімнату!

Pros: Tesisin konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltıda 2 seçenek sunulması gayet yeterliydi. Maurizio'nun her konuda ilgili davranması ve çözüm odaklı olması büyük avantaj sağladı.

Cons: Herhangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadık.
