Pros: It was a very good location as we went by walk in all truistic points , for exp Colosseo was just 15 min by walk. The room was clean, with nice view , very quiet during night, and bad very comfortable. Breakfast was nice .

A gem in the heart of the city

Pros: We received a warm welcome and were shown to a beautiful room overlooking one of the oldest churches in Rome. Despite the fact there was no breakfast room, we could not have been happier than waiting for the small basket of fresh bread and croissants to arrive outside the door before 7.30 each morning. The room was spotless and the decor really tasteful. When we left the staff were very happy to give us keys to a room in the basement to store our bags after check out. This was our best experience of accommodation in Rome and we would like to return one day.

Cons: Okay, it wasn't cheap but it pays to pay a little more and have a thoroughly comfortable stay.

Great place to stay!!

Pros: The staff and location were awesome. Breakfast and daily cleaning was a great touch. Walking distance to anywhere. Quiet back street that comes alive at night. I would stay here again no problem.

Close to Coloseum

Pros: Great location, about 10 mins to Coloseum, and really close to other turistic places. Clean and equiped with everything that was mentioned in the description. Staff really helpful and friendly. Italian breakfast good.

A wonderful find

Pros: My mum, daughter and I had a really wonderful stay here. The whole place was immaculately clean, the beds and pillows were really comfy and the room had everything we needed The breakfast basket, the tea, coffee and biscuit refills as well as the juice and yoghurt in the fridge every morning was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially when coming to let us in late when our flight was delayed. They also went out of their way to provide us with 3 separate beds. The location was perfect to explore and close to lots of nice restaurants. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely book again if we ever return to Rome.

Really pleasant stay

Pros: Comfortable apartment in a beautiful old building. It was very clean, quiet and nice. The compliments from the team were a really nice touch. The apartment is on a great spot, a lot of small restaurants nearby, supermarket across the street and 10-15 walking distance from the metro. We highly recommend it.
