Pros: Perfect location, only 20 min away from Fontana Di Trevi and 15 min from Colosseum! Gina was a lovely host, always with a smile and very helpful! The room was just as shown in the photos.

Cons: The shower wasn't working properly but Gina fixed it straight away.

We enjoyed our accommodation and would highly recommend it.

Pros: We liked the location. It's close to the Main Metro/Train/Restaurants/Cafe's, and sightseeing areas. The room was sufficient; it is quiet and comfortable. Coffee facilities and biscuits were supplied, very kind of the hostess. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Access is easy at any time of day or night. WiFi was great. Aircon was welcomed.

Cons: The hot water was an issue, it fluctuates between hot and cold but it's not the worst. Most likely a gas geyser so it's expected. No smoking area outdoors within the facility, so you would have to stand in the street and smoke. If you book through Booking.com and have a problem, you have to send Booking.com an email to raise your problem. You cannot approach the hostess directly. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: great location, nice room, good coffee and biscuits, pleasant host

Cons: a bit difficult to communicate. two different phone numbers given neither of which seemed to work. Mattress is on the firm side - which some may like - I'd prefer a little softer. The tap in the bathroom sink produces water very slowly.

Great host, great location

Pros: Excellent communication by our lovely host Gina before and during our stay. Room was basic and small as we expected, but it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Gina was there with a smile even though we arrived late and kindly helped with our bags on arrival and departure the next morning. Excellent location and easy walk to Termini. Nice restaurants close for dinner. Thanks Gina!

Pros: The location was excellent. Host was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out to collect later.

Cons: Might be useful for people to know that there is nobody on site, so it is important to confirm time of arrival, so that you can be let in.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Amazing location, so close to everything, easy walk from the Termini station, and easy walk to the colosseum, 100s of restaurants. Fantastic. The host is so nice! Room is a good size too.
