Great B&B in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Location is excellent in front of St Mary Major and 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Excellent public transport connection to the city centre & to Vatican in about 20 minutes. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Good American breakfast in a café next to the building (most B&Bs in Rome only include an Italian breakfast - coffee & pastry); and the room also has a kettle with a selection of tea, an espresso machine with capsules and even a mini fridge with some complimentary drinks. Not many B&Bs do this and it was certainly appreciated. The room also has a ceiling fan, and A/C too if you prefer that. Good size room and bathroom inside room.

Cons: There are some steps you need to climb to get into the building and reach the elevator, so this is tricky if you have heavy luggage. In the room we had, you also had to climb one step to get into the bathroom, and another step for the toilet and shower.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Biancoreroma! From the moment we arrived, Leo were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any questions about the city. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and surprisingly spacious for Rome. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality also the spotless cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome—whether it’s your first time or your fifth, you’ll feel truly cared for here. I’m already looking forward to returning on my next trip!

Cons: Was a bit noisy outside of the street as our window was above restaurants.

Enjoyable stay as the location was close to the train station and the room was clean and comfortable.

Pros: A pleasant little hotel 5 minutes walk from Termini train station, but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the station. The rooms are clean with high ceilings, well equipped - there is a capsule coffee machine, mini fridge, floor air conditioning system. The view from the window to the neighboring streets. Cleaning every day. Breakfast is offered at Cafe Cotini with vouchers - from 8 to 9 it is an American breakfast with juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, salad and sweet jams, later - an Italian breakfast. The pleasant staff works at this hotel. The host is in touch with any questions that arise

You get what you pay for.

Pros: Excellent location. Within walking distance to almost all tourist attractions of Rome. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Cleanliness was at a good level.

Cons: Except in the mornings, communication with service staff is through the owner, which can sometimes be a slight problem. There was a power outage which was quickly fixed.

It is near the center. You can everywhere on foot. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent, comfortable and convenient base for a city break.

Pros: Located just a few minutes walk from the train station this is a great place to use as a base if you’re just wanting somewhere clean, comfortable and convenient with all the basics covered. We stayed in a family room with a double bed and a single bed, there was a tidy bathroom, wardrobe, chair, fridge and air conditioning unit. Also a very small TV but we didn’t use it. The staff were helpful and friendly and you get breakfast in a cafe next door included with your room rate. It’s located in an unmarked building so make sure you read the instructions properly or you will wander around for 20 mins looking for it (like we did, totally our own fault!).

Cons: I think it does everything it promises and unless you are someone wanting to spend time (other than sleeping and washing) in the room then they have not much needs changing.

Nice, clean room with a great location

Pros: The room was clean and the bedding and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean however there was some black mold in the corners but is an old building.

Cons: It was on the small side for three people

Pros: Location is perfect for exploring Rome. Breakfast was much better then I'd expected. working ours for breakfast were convenient. WiFi was very good.

Cons: The rooms are not soundproof, but it was a problem only with one neighbors. It's not possible to use the kitchen.
