I defeinitely recommend this place :)

Pros: Good location, right at Termini station, nice area. Friendly staff (they didnt speak English but thats not an issue with electronic translators), I could leave my luggage till my flight in the late afternoon - thank you! Its not new, but very clean and definitety worth the price I paid. Bathroom clean and pleasant to use. There is a large fridge in the common area where I could keep my food. Its only a few rooms and other guests were respectful and quiet.

Cons: Can be a bit noisy if you have a room from the street but I slept with earplugs so it was fine. The room was equipped with a small kitchen but it was useless as there was absolutely no plates or cutlery - I dont understand it. Once the hot water was over soon after I started my shower (but the other times it worked well).

Pros: Good location near Termini, clean, you can leave your luggage before and after. Perfect for Rome. The location is in a building of apartments on floor number 3, the entrance is a big wooden door with number 10 on the right upper side.

overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, coupled with the convenience of the location.

Pros: This place was in an excellent location, a 5-7min walk to Termini station. The room was also clean and comfortable.

Cons: not much about what I don't like about this place.

Value for money

Pros: Good host, good location. Not a lot wrong with this one.

Cons: Check-in instructions would be useful as it was a bit unclear how to gain access to the apartment. Also it would be worth updating photos as a proper breakfast is not provided. Not a massive issue, as lots of tasty bakeries are nearby.
