Location value for money was good

Pros: Convenient for train station and other transport services, 20 minute walk to the colosseum and other attractions. Bed was Comfortable room clean all ok. Nice courtyard property.

Pros: Our room was ready slightly early, which was fantastic. It was very clean, awesome location and very secure. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: While the location itself was quiet for being in the middle of Rome, the room was a bit noisier than similar places we have stayed, we could easily hear the couple next door having a gentle conversation and people walking in the hallway (the other guests were not being excessively noisy).

Pros: We had one night and a full day in Rome, and this place was ideal for that. Great location near the train station and well-functioning air conditioning. Also, a friendly owner.

Cons: The mold spots in the bathroom mean we wouldn’t choose this place for a longer stay. But since we arrived very late in the evening and left early to explore the city, it was not a huge deal breaker for a 1 night stay

Pros: Small but very tidy and clean room. More than enough for two to use as a base while exploring the city. Very close to Termini train and metro station. Incredible value for money!

Pros: Small renovated room with en suite bathroom situated in an old building close to the Central Train Station. Best price for a decent accomodation if you do not expect luxury and will spend most of your day out.

Pros: Helpful staff and a very good location—just a 3-minute walk from Roma Termini. Most attractions, like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, are within a 20-minute walk. The room was clean and offered good value for money, making it a great choice for a short stay when most of the time is spent exploring the city.

Cons: The only suggestion would be to install bathroom and toilet doors, as it may not be comfortable to shower in front of others.

Pros: This property was very close to all amenities, very close to roma termini and close to santa maria maggiore which made it easier for us to travel/ shop. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very clean and cosy. I highly recommend this place ☺️
