Nice place. Good locations.

Pros: It's a very good location. Close to a lot of things. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Cons: This one's on me. Was trying to use google maps to find it and the GPS wasn't quite accurate. Spent a bit of time looking at names on big brown doors trying to find it. The big hotel sign above the right one should have been a giveaway.

Would recommend to anyone with all the convenience the location is providing. All the receptions here are most helpful

Pros: The location is perfect, since this is close to the train station - Termini. Able to start our journey for all transportation.

Cons: The shower is a bit slippy as well as the water temperature is difficult to manage and will spilled out from the shower.

An enjoyable stay in a 'quiet' part of Rome

Pros: The room was adequate if a little dated. Breakfast was a pastry box from a nearby shop and a self serve coffee machine was available. Even though it was situated away from the major tourist spots ( Vatican/Colosseum ) there were plenty of places of interest nearby - well , it is Rome !

Cons: Bit of a grungy view down from our apartment window - would be preferable to get a room overlooking the street.

Pros: we liked everything..lovely breakfast...just lacks cold cuts. we loved the high ceilings, spacious rooms and the central location.

Cons: Breakfast was mainly sweets and carbohydrates...so if you can improve by adding cheese, cold cuts and eggs as some people can't eat sweets.

Excellent location in the heart of Rome

Pros: The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to all the sights. Yuri at reception was amazing offering a great welcome and also providing us with lots of information and recommendations of where to visit within Rome that were not the obvious tourist sites.

Cons: The floor in the room was lifting and needs replacing. I did trip over it once but for the price and location I was happy to over look that.

An exceptional stay in a convenient location

Pros: Breezy check-in process. Working elevator to take us to the top floor. Quiet room, clean, large room. Excellent view of the Santa Maria Maggiore. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom toiletry minis. Wonderful breakfast set up with boxes (per room) available in cosy shared dining area. Filled with pastries, seasonal fruit, and savoury roll. There's a little breakky bar with biscuits, bread, spreads, and any additional breakfast goodies. There's also a coffee machine. The staff were wonderfully helpful. It's not a constantly manned reception, but they were easy to contact and so helpful. We met Yuri on our first day who, after chatting to us, went out of his way and kindly put together an annotated map for us (we mentioned we didn't have many set plans yet)

Relais De Maison De Luxe a wonderful place to stay when staying in Rome.

Pros: Our stay here was wonderful and a great spot to see various parts of Rome. With our 3 night stay on arrival we entered our code into the older style building and then stood at the old style small caged lift, with some apprehension. Once we got to the 5th floor and entered a very secure area, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern area of reception and a small eatery area for all guests to use. Our room was a great size and large bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out luggage with all the amenities required. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable space to stay. With an abundance of eateries and places to get a drink or gelato, it really made it a wonderful place to stay. The receptionist although only there throughout the day was very pleasant and helpful, also with breakfast of croissants / fruit and coffee / juice, was a lovely way to start the day.

Cons: Really hard to complain about anything as they did accommodate to your needs and answered all questions in a very helpful manner.

Pros: Breakfast was a box of pastries... ok for us as we were up and out there .... close to termini and we managed to walk everywhere with exception of Vatican! Very helpful staff and the room was awesome... clean and comfortable 👌
