The place is absolutely perfect

Pros: Couldn’t love this property more if I tried. The services has been fantastic. Perfect location near all the major land marks. The gentleman on reception was so kind to help us with bags when the lift was broken. The rooms are massive. Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next Rome trip

An lovely stay

Pros: It was easily accessible to almost everywhere, the colosseum, trevi, food, transport etc. The hotel room was cosy and the staff was lovely.

Cons: I wish it had a microwave and iron. And could be a little bit more cleaner, but i overall enjoy my stay and would book it again.

Perfect for what we needed

Pros: The water machine it had cold hot and sparkling water on tap. 24 seven the reception was really lovely. The bath in the room was amazing after a day of sightseeing and it was like a three minute walk away from the train station finally I heard her with a smart TV has the elevator so you don’t have to lug the luggage up

Pros: Great location! Close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Termini station, and the Vatican. Everything is within walking distance. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will definitely come back!

Perfect romantic getaway

Pros: Perfectly located. Walking distance to places like the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon etc. They asked what time you would like breakfast, which was brought to your room on a tray: toast (with lots of options of jams and butter), cereal, yogurt, coffee, cake, croissants. Our room was cleaned and tidied immaculately every single day. They laid out rose petals and balloons, along with a bottle of wine for my birthday too which was an amazing touch. They gifted us some spaghetti on our final day. There isn’t a 24 hour reception. Past the times that reception was manned you’d have to contact their via numbers provided - this was never an issue for us. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially with printing off last minute Vatican City tickets!

Cons: Hotel is located on a main road, so could be quite noisy, but at no fault of the hotel.

Excellent ***** Would highly recommend staying here. Central, easy to get around. Excellent host.

Pros: Excellent location in fantastic building, short walk from the station. Greeted warmly by Zydrik. Could not do enough for us. Easy to catch buses everywhere. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Our room was just perfect, absolutly magnificent.

Cons: Nothing at all.
