Good

Pros: I think everything is good except for no lift, and the heating facility during winter is not so stable. However the owner and property staff is very good in providing assistance, could consider if you looking for immediate assistance support as your key factor when checking for accomodation

Spacious clean convenient

Pros: Spacious. Clean. Has a lift to fourth floor so easy to transport luggage. Staff were responsive and tried to help. Great location. Walked to numerous places. Five adults and lots of space to relax at the end of the day. Loved the vintage vibe.

Cons: The concerns regarding kitchen stuff was quickly sorted by staff and so no negative.

Pros: Great location. Good communication with the host. Apartment was clean and nice.

Perfect location and spacious flat. Pre-stay logistics are a bit unusual.

Pros: The flat itself is a perfect 10. Very large and comfortable. Extremely well stocked kitchen for self-catering. Spacioius bedrooms. The location is perfect - the neighborhood has excellent, non-touristy restaurants. Two supermarkets are around the corner. Central Rome is walking distance and beside the metro (10min walk away) there are local buses to all the tourist sites. I would highly recommend the flat, especially with so few flats able to take a large family of 6 or 7 people. I appreciate the effort to check me in a couple hours early.

Cons: The following aren't necessarily negative, just things that surprised me as being quite different from other flats I've booked through booking.com, so I would like to bring them to attention to future guests so they are not surprised by them. The owner of the flat has outsourced the logistics to a rental management company. I tried to contact the flat for weeks through the booking.com portal but they never replied until booking.com customer service contacted them on my behalf (to add another guest). The week of my stay when I contacted them directly through the rental management company site to agree checkin and key handover, I got immediate and professional assistance. Amazing option for a group / family stay!

Pros: Location: We liked it, a nice area at the border of inner city buildings and a villa style area (especially towards the Lepanto M station). Close to Castel Sant'Angelo and the bridge. Bus, shops are very close. House: Nice building, easy access (no elevator though). Apartment: Spacious truely. Furniture state of the art, clean. Nice collection of books and games. Wifi is good, TV + Streaming options are good. Rooms: Bed and pillows are good, comfortable. Bathrooms: Nice, clean. Kitchen: Spacious, has everything.

Cons: Air-condition is problematic, the mobile air-condition devices in two bedrooms are loud in the night. There is one room with a split air-conditioning, that is OK. Bathroom: Hot water supply needs some tweaking to get a steady comfortably warm water flow. Kitchen somewhat used, it needs a thorough cleaning.

Pros: It was so spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic as it was so hot. Lots of shops and restaurants and very convenient for buses and the metro.

Pros: Big apartment at great location, close to the main attractions in Rome. We had everything we needed.

Cons: It was pricey but we did visit in August, the high season.
