Perfect holidays in Rome

Pros: Very nice flat, decorated like only Italians know, in a perfect location sufficiently far away from the tourists to be calm and near enough to get there in a short walk.

Cons: Nothing really. Ok, one: Although unfair if taken out of context, the features and possibilities of the flat were so vast that some more detailed explanation would have been required. Maybe a written notice: where is the vacuum cleaner, how to switch on the myriads of possible lighting atmospheres, etc…

Property was first class & the service/communication with Luca was exceptional! Will definitely be booking again

Pros: La situation de l’appartement est très intéressante pour un séjour touristique.

Cons: Avec le temps il serait souhaitable de moderniser les lieux.

Excepcional.

Pros: El apartamento es genial, calidades, comodidad, electrodomésticos. La ubicación, excelente, a 15 minutos de la plaza Navona, el Vaticano, plaza Spagna. Luca estuvo pendiente de cualquier eventualidad y de nuestra llegada.

Cons: Lo único que apuntaría es que el ascensor, al ser antiguo el edificio no es a cota 0 y en el piso también queda intermedio. Pero quizá esto solo es importante si acaso para alguien que llevara un carrito.

Your Perfect Stay in Rome

Pros: The apartment is just wonderful! It's spacious, well-equipped with anything you can think of, clean, and modern. The location is also fantastic -- it's within walking distance to all sights one needs to see in the city, yet not in an overcrowded, touristy, and noisy area. There are many good restaurants around, several grocery stores, and a nice wine bar is literally next door to the apartment :) I would highly recommend this place for your Roman vacay.

A Dream Come True Place to stay in Rome!

Pros: This apartment was a dream come true! The outside looked elegant and reminiscent of what you would think buildings would look like in Italy. However, as you stepped inside the apartment it was anything but old. Very modern, spacious, and filled with lots of lights and storage. It was a treat to be on the 5th floor and steptout on the terrace and look out and see St. Peter's Basilica lit up at night. The host was always available to answer questions we had and offered suggestions for getting around Rome. I would stay here again.

Cons: There were lots of coffee makers but needed directions on how to use them. LOL.

Magnifica esperienza!

Pros: Il soggiorno è stato oltre le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento è al quinto piano di un palazzo storico dotato di ascensore. La fermata della metro più vicina è a pochi passi; inoltre sono disponibili diversi parcheggi dove poter lasciare l'auto vicino alla struttura. Ottima pulizia. Le due camere da letto sono spaziose. La colazione non era compresa ma ci sono diversi bar e locali in cui poterla farla. I gestori della struttura sono stati gentilissimi. Lo consigliamo a tutti.

Pros: This apartment was so comfortable and beautiful. The space is nicely organized and feels like a home away from home. The kitchen includes all needed features, appliances, and supplies. The two bedrooms are spacious and have good storage, and the two bathrooms are recently renovated and each has a really nice shower. The staff was extremely helpful, and Luca responded quickly to questions. Junior personally met us at the property. He answered all our questions accurately and thoroughly. The apartment has both a washer and dryer, very important to us as travelers. The small balcony with table and 2 chairs has a great view of St Peter’s Basilica. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and is very walkable. We loved staying here!

Pros: Una experiencia fabulosa.El apartamento es muy grande y cómodo, con muy buena decoración y limpieza, la ubicación es excelente.Las facilidades del anfitrión fueron inmejorables.Totalmente recomendable.

Precioso y amplio como en las fotos o incluso mejor.

Pros: Apartamento espectacular, de diseño, muy luminoso. Situado en Prati, una zona tranquila que tiene bastantes sitios para comer y varios super pequeños como un carrefour express a 1 minuto. Está a unos 15 minutos andando del vaticano y unos 20 minutos de la plaza Navona.
