Pros: My two brothers and I were really very satisfied, the accommodation next to the catacombs had a great atmosphere, the accommodation was nice and clean. The owner was very pleasant, reliable and always asked if we needed anything. Bus 118 right next to the accommodation and in a few minutes we were at the Colosseum in the city center. There is also beautiful nature around the accommodation. All three of us were very satisfied and if we return to Rome, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you! Pros: Luogo stupendo! La struttura è situata a due passi dal meraviglioso parco della Caffarella e dalla via Appia Antica: due luoghi che definire incantati è poco. In più, si trova praticamente di fronte alle catacombe di San Sebastiano, San Callisto e Santa Domitilla, assolutamente da visitare. Non ci siamo praticamente mai spostati dai dintorni, perché il luogo è davvero magico (io sono di Roma e già la conosco bene, ma per chi volesse fare qualche giro, il centro da lì è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi). La casa aveva tutto il necessario, e anche di più. L’accoglienza è stata fantastica, la host è gentile e disponibile. Gli spazi sono molto luminosi e ariosi, anche grazie ai soffitti alti e alle finestre grandi. Ho amato questo posto, immerso nella natura, nel silenzio e nella storia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Pros: Pulita e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno sereno. Acqua e bevande fresche, noccioline e caffè e cuscini comodi

Cons: L’unico piccolo difetto è che le finestre non hanno le persiane o tendine quindi la mattina entra un po’ di luce.. ma basta portarsi una mascherina😉

Consiglio questa soluzione per un soggiorno a Roma in zona Caffarella

Pros: Pur essendo non prevista, l'owner ci ha lasciato caffè, merendine e pane per una colazione meritevole. L'appartamento di trova in una zona perfetta per visitare il parco della Caffarella e alcune Necropoli; se poi si vuole andare in centro un autobus passa proprio sotto casa! Anche l'arredamento della casa è davvero molto curato.

Cons: C'era un po' di umidità appena entrati, forse un deomidificatore; e poi manca qualche soluzione per non far entrare la luce al mattino.
