Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area
Pros: Damiano was the prefect host. Within minutes of arriving at the apartment door he was there to welcome us. He showed us around the apartment and told us everything that we needed to know. Lovely to have air conditioning in the bedrooms after long days exploring Rome. The apartment was located in a residential area with the use of a traditional Italian cafe for breakfast, we are missing the amazing coffee and cornettos! Location was great for public transport into the centre of Rome.
Cons: Everything was spot on!

perfect location for visiting Rome
Pros: Breakfast very confortable in the coffee bar just a few meters from the entrance of the building Easy parking every day and night at our arrivals at home from visiting Rome Two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for our necessities

Pros: Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!

Pros: The host was very friendly and even helped us to bring our suitcases to the apartment. Apartment has everything what is needed. It was little bit cold (fresh) inside, but it is quite logical for this season. And we used air condition in bedroom and there was very warm. The area, where the apartment is, was quite, so it is nice place to stay with family. Thank you for our good time in Rome :)

Pros: Der persönliche Empfang von Damiano war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr grosszügig, hell und kuschelig warm. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die 2 Bäder sind angenehm gross und haben auch viele Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife und Shampoo. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche anschmiegsam und duftete herrlich. Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und die Lage sehr ruhig. Die nächste Bushaltestelle nach Termini ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und kostenlos verfügbar. Für das Frühstück gab es 2 Optionen: 1. Mit den Gutscheinen bekommt man in der benachbarten Bar Caffè und Cornetto oder 2. in der Wohnung ist auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit passenden und ausreichend Kapseln und auch verpacktes Gebäck (Cornetti, Crostata und Zwieback). Wenn wir Rom wieder besuchen würden wir dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

Pros: Super accueil de damiano!! L'appart est super jolie , bien placé le bus passe pas lin pour aller en centre historique super terrasse , on a pas pu trop en profiter car c'était en décembre Les lits super confortables !!
Cons: Début décembre, un peu froid à l'appartement !! Le petit déjeuner compris ds la location , bof, l'accueil au bar , 2 personnes différentes chaque jour , pas de sourire on a l'impression de déranger , 1 cappuccino 1 brioche , et c'est tout!! le verre de jus d'orange 3 euro, un peu léger, pour 1 déjeuner tout compris, on est 1 peu déçu 😞 Il manquait des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle et les mains .. 1 micro onde peut-être ..

Pros: Lokalizacja dość daleko od centrum ale łatwy dojazd autobusami no i cisza i spokój, więc mozna było wypocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Pyszne rogaliki i kawa na śniadanie. Właściciel.obiektu bardzo miły i pomocny
