Garbatella Elegant Apartment

Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment. Communication from host was excellent to ensure that the arrival and the rest of the stay went smoothly. Location suited us perfectly - quiet, close to supermarket, interesting 15 minute walk to Metro through shabby but charming streets, good places to eat nearby, felt safe.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: An excellent location for a family, with all the amenities necesary for a carefree vacation. Clean, spacious, with a supermarket really close. 10-15 walk to the metro station. Andrea, an excellent host, attentive to our needs. It felt like the home away from home.

Perfect from check-in to check out

Pros: There is nothing here not to like. Perfect from check-in to check out. Sll instructions were very clear. The owner was so helpful. Left even a map which helped my Rome travelling. A warm welcome with a lovely bottle of wine. The apartment is one of the most beautiful places and was with excellent facilities. Close to bus routes and metro. The supermarket was right opposite the apartment.

Pros: Very good localization with the market being just in front of the apartment complex. Garbatella metro station is about 10-15 minutes on foot. Good contact with the host, who made it possible to leave the baggage in the apartment before the check-in time. Garbatella is more of a living district for italians than a tourist hotspot, which made it a very good place to chill-out after visiting all the over-crowded tourist places of rome. We are glad that we chose this place over apartments in trastevere.

Comfort and good location

Pros: Good location, close to bus stops and a metro station with connections to the center. Even closer is a supermarket. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Great communication with the owner.

Great

Pros: I was there for 10 days with my family and it's been great. Valerio and Gabriella were waiting for us already at the door when we arrived. They are so polite, helpful, honest and nice. The apartment is so nice and clean, and we found everything that we need to use, even the extras. The supermarket is affront of the building door. The metro and bus stations are so close to the apartment. The neighbours are so nice, polite and cheerful. We would love to thank them and the owner for the great hospitality, and we will come back again one day. 🙂

Pros: Chambres spacieuses, 3 terrasses, logement lumineux et propre, décoration soignée, emplacement en face d'un supermarché et à proximité du bus, propriétaire réactif et sympathique

Cons: - Cuisine peu équipée pour 5 personnes: couverts et verres en nombre insuffisant, pas de planche à découper ni torchons, une prise pour 4 appareils électroménagers ce qui n'est pas pratique - wc dans la sdb

Pros: Obiekt super za te cenę, spokojna okolica, wszystko co niezbędne jest w mieszkaniu, łóżka wygodne tak, że chcialysmy je zabrać ze sobą:) Właściciel przrmily człowiek i bardzo pomocny, dużo podpowiada jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie i dojazd. Polecamy z całego serca.

Cons: Odległość od centrum, dojazd do każdego miejsca około 30 minut, metrem szybciutko ale spacer około 15 minut. Nie dla osób starszych.

Гарна квартира, простора і світла. Залюбки б ще раз зупинилися у ній.

Pros: Гарний тихий район, але поруч було невелике будівництво, в принципі воно не заважало особливо, але якщо комусь це важливо, то майте на увазі. В квартирі дуже затишно і комфортно, всі зручності є. Нам дуже сподобалося!

Cons: У пральній машинці не працювала центрифуга, тобто як слід не працювало полоскання і віджим речей. Для нас було важливо користуватися пральною машиною, так як у нас була довга подорож і мало речей з собою.
