Perfect base to explore Rome - close to the action when you want it but peaceful and in a real community neighbourhood

Pros: We loved the location, kitchen, balconies and Davide who was really amazing with communication. It was also great having a few sets of keys, immediate kitchen supplies and a toddler high chair. The piano was a bonus and a great first introduction for my toddler. Everything you need is on your door step! Fresh food, local shops and cafes, bus stop, play ground nearby. Davide went out of his way with recommendations in the area and created a safe bed for our toddler too.

Cons: With a toddler and staying for 2 weeks it would have helped us to have a clothes dryer or better clothes drying rack, but we managed without it. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: The property was spacious and nicely and properly equipped, just right for a get away. The hosts promptly responded to our requests. Would whole-heartedly recommend. Grazie mille from Romania!

Pros: Район прекрасный. Остановка автобуса в центр напротив дома, до метро по прямой 10 мин. По дороге продуктовый магазины, лавочки с гастрономией, пастой, фармацевтикой.

Cons: Все было прекрасно. Хозяин очень радушный, все рассказал, показал, порекомендовал. Общаться было легко и удобно.

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente e comoda. Molto pulita e lucente. Posizione ottima per quelle che erano le nostre esigenze. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile! Consigliatissimo!

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Pros: Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung auf Empfehlung einer Bekannten gebucht, die den Besitzer kennt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Der Besitzer Davide ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und war bei zwei Kleinigkeiten sofort zur Stelle. Ich habe nach dieser positiven Erfahrung die Wohnung sofort für Dezember noch einmal angefragt und auch mein Kollege zieht in Erwägung, in seinen nächsten Ferien hier zu wohnen. It met my needs, exactly~

Pros: Davide was an exceptional host…kind, respectful, helpful…and the apartment was equipped with everything one needed for the necessities of day to day~ Multiple doors to the balconies of the corner apartment give you two different views, as well as options when it comes to sun exposure~ Being in Garbatella, it’s close to the metro and several bus lines, and has easy access to all the things that you wish to see and do~ Don’t miss the Baths of Caracalla or the Non-catholic Cemetery, both of which are incredible~
