Overall we really liked the stay, recommend!

Pros: The host was very nice, she met us at check-in and showed the apartment. The location was safe, in a calm street, there were many restaurants and bars nearby if you wanted to go out. Property was clean.

Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable, mattress was too firm. Showering was problematic with too little hot water coming from the boiler, it was too cold in the bathroom.

Pros: The location is relatively central and close to metro stations. It is not one of the posh parts of the city, it is probably a poorer part of the city. The owner did us a favour and accommodated us earlier than the prescribed time.

Cons: Very hard bed - I used to sleep on soft bed so this one was too hard for me

Pros: Serena has a great set up in her place with everything you would need for a stay. She was very hands on with check in and assisted with any questions. It was in a great area that is still close to Rome Termini station. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Pros: Nice and clean apartment with good access to communications. Also close to two grocery stores, Penny and Conad. The latter by the metro and a bit better. The apartment is more spacious than the pictures show. The Pigneto area is pretty lively with bars and restaurants. Perhaps the bed could've been a bit softer and a table in the tv area would've been nice. The host is super helpful though, quick to respond to questions.
